Tucked away in a serene cul-de-sac within Vila Sol Resort, this charming rustic villa offers the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation.
With a prestigious golf course just steps away, this villa is a dream for golfers. Yet, its peaceful surroundings, complete with lush gardens and a private pool, make it equally ideal for those looking to unwind in tranquillity.

The villa’s expansive outdoor area is a true highlight. A generous kidney-shaped pool invites refreshing swims, while spacious sun terraces offer plenty of room for lounging under the Algarve sun. The built-in BBQ sets the stage for delightful al fresco dining under the stars, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens with mature trees.

Step inside to an open plan living and dining area, where natural wood furnishings, whitewashed walls, and traditional tiled floors create a cozy, rustic charm. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for home-cooked meals, while four spacious bedrooms (two doubles and two twins) ensure comfort for all. **TOURIST TAX**
We are required to charge a Municipal Tourist Tax on behalf of Loulé council, on bookings placed as from November 1st, 2024, as published in Diário da República 2nd Serie, no. 140, of July 22nd, 2024.
This tax is calculated up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, per person aged 16 or over, and will cost as follows:
- Low Season (from November 1st to March 31st) – 1Eur per person/per night
- High Season (from April 1st to October 31st) – 2Eur per person/per night
The payment of this tax is due in cash upon check-in, or in advance by bank transfer.

House rules and suitability:
- Groups of youngsters and/or made up exclusively of individuals of the same gender may be considered and only upon request. Strongly recommend contacting us before booking, as we reserve the right to decline and cancel this sort of booking without a refund.
- Events and parties are not allowed.
- Pets not allowed.
- Smoking outside only.

Das Haus hat Charme, ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche ist renovierungsbedürftig die Schubladen sind fast auseinandergefallen und die Waschmaschine funktionierte während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts leider nicht, trotz Meldung an den Eigentümer.Highlight war definitiv der Garten und der Pool beides super gepflegt und ideal zum Entspannen. Am Esstisch draußen stehen zwei Palmen, die schwarze Beeren fallen lassen besonders wenn es etwas windig ist, diese fallen auf den Esstisch und hinterlassen flecken. Ein Sonnensegel oder Überdachung wäre hier ein super Upgrade.Fazit: Mit ein paar Reparaturen und kleineren Anpassungen hat das Haus echtes Potenzial. So wie es jetzt ist: charmant, aber mit Luft nach oben.

Second stay in the perfect no frills villa but needs some updating

This is our second time in this lovely villa having stayed here in June 2022. We love the location and the villa generally which is why we came back but some small things let it down. Last time I suggested that the base that was there was not suitable for the umbrella, this is still the case! The outdoor table has seen better days and had obviously been repaired where one of the legs had broken. Similarly one of the chairs was broken and one of the party nearly hurt themselves when the back of it broke. The showers whilst powerful are at best lukewarm but the beds are very comfortable. Having said that we would definitely stay here again, its in a perfect spot on the Vila Sol resort (see my previous review) with plenty of space for a large group. Communication with the host is easy and when the air con in one of the rooms broke it was quickly sorted I still think more could be made of the roof terrace which begs to have some furniture up there as it's a great sun trap.

Great location, spacious property and as described. We would go back again!

The property boasts a great location and is spacious - the 8 of us didn't feel like we were crowded in at all. Positives Location - Restaurants within walking distance and A'Paissagem is a must-visit (It's on the roundabout at Vila Sol). Spacious Great sized pool Cleanliness Good WiFi Negatives (More like observations) There is nothing when you arrive (you sometimes get some tea bags / coffee etc. so make sure you have a shop on the way). The cleaner had washed all the cutlery but put it in the drawer very wet so we had to get this out to dry Could do with a few more kitchen items (bowls / serving dishes) The fridge struggles - may need replacing soon There was a bad smell for a couple of days - to be clear this came from the septic tank of a adjacent property we think so this is a comment for the landlord / managing agent to bring up with the site rather than a criticism of the property itself

Really Lovely Villa (Inside and Out)

Due to circumstances outside of our control, we had to find a villa the day before we arrived. Although there were limited options and it was a fairly rushed choice, we feel that we could not have chosen a better villa than this one and are very appreciative of Paulo's helpful and responsive support in accommodating us at such short notice. As we drove from the UK, the self check in and check out made life easy. The villa is situated in a lovely area with other villas but the grounds are large and landscaped in such a way as to give a feeling of privacy and isolation, yet just a short walk to a small shop and cafes (with larger supermarkets just a short drive away). There are some beautiful, large and established trees in the garden. The only downside to this is that debris from the trees continually falls into the pool. However, this did not stop us enjoying the pool, which is large and inviting. We liked the layout of the inside of the villa. Feeling very spacious and having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a luxury for a small family and having one of the bedrooms/bathroom on the other side of the villa from the others is good for a family with adult children. The kitchen was well equipped, the Wi-Fi (essential for families with children) reliable and fast, and the Smart TV meant that we had access to our Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney accounts. While the seating area around the TV suited our small family, it may be more limiting for a fully occupied villa.

Lovely villa in a great location

Basic but spacious villa which has all you need for a holiday. Much bigger than the photos portray. The beds were comfortable with good air conditioning. The kitchen was well equipped and the showers all powerful. It was great to have 3 bathrooms for the 4 bedrooms especially on holiday with adult children and partners The pool and grounds made the holiday - the pool is of a good size and slopes gently with steps into the shallow end. The gardens wrap around the villa which gives a great degree of privacy from the neighbouring villas and gives everyone the chance to escape the family if needed. There is also a roof terrace but it was too hot to use it. The location on the Vila Sol complex is perfect being tucked away in a little close but only a few minutes walk from the small shop and restaurants. Would highly recommend the Wine Bistro restaurant on the complex for dinner and the café for a nice breakfast or light lunch. Oscars is great if you want a sports bar atmosphere and there is a great fish restaurant over the road from the complex. Lidl, Continente and Pingo Doce supermarkets all within a miles taxi ride away and the resorts of Vilamoura and Quarteira only 10 mins by car/taxi. The only downsides are that the villa could do with some updating as it is a little tired but it was clean and tidy. The other negative is there is a lack of shade in the garden and a couple of parasols would provide that. There was a parasol in the utility cupboard but no base for it!! The trees do provide shade in the garden at various times of the day but not on the terrace where the table and chairs are. Having said that we would definitely return again as value for money it was perfect for our needs

Lovely villa lovely location.

The villa was perfect size for our two families, the pool was perfect size, lots of grass area for the kids to play, everything you needed in the villa. The surrounding CAFE, restaurants, bars, and shop was ideal. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately, cannot recommend

This property was a let down after the amazing pictures online. The pool area and surrounding gardens were lovely, however upon arrival the pool and area had not been cleaned at all - there was dirt on the bottom of the yellowing pool and lots of bugs and debris in the water. We called the owner and he sent the gardener who did an amazing job, but it should have been done before our 4pm check in. The pool area however does not make up for the terrible inside. This villa is in need of some serious upgrading, which isn’t captured on the pictures. The bathrooms are old and the en suite shower did not even work, and the showers and toilets in general were old and dirty (stains on taps and towels and sheets). Additionally, the general cleanliness of the villa was awful - the floor had dirty footprints on it, and nothing looked like it had been cleaned in the slightest. There were cobwebs and spiders hanging from the ceiling, and under the sofa we found a big mess of food from previously that had not been cleaned up. When the maid came in for the weekly clean, she did a quick mop of the whole villa in less than 10 mins, and did nothing else. Would not recommend this villa at all unfortunately.
