Completely remodeled 1820's riverfront apartment with a direct view of the Ohio River from the front deck. Enjoy a quick walk to restaurants, bars, shops, the Jeffersonville Ampitheater and the Big Four Walking Bridge to Louisville, KY. Minutes from KFC Yum Center, Louisville Slugger Field, Museum Row, the Kentucky International Convention Center and the Louisville City Soccer Stadium. Perfect, unobstructed view for Thunder over Louisville. Great for The Kentucky Derby. On site parking.

1250 square foot unit. Covered deck with ceiling fan with direct view of the Ohio River. Charcoal grill on outdoor patio. This was an amazing place to stay! When we arrived, the apartment was clean overall, and we had such a great time. The water was amazing, and the bridge at night was absolutely beautiful—such a highlight of the trip! There were just a few small areas that could use a deeper clean, like some dust on the ceiling fans, walls, and hallway lights. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it! We will stay again!

This was by far the best place we have stayed! So clean, and really awesome management! We have recommended this place to so many people! Located in an awesome little town with great coffee shops, awesome steakhouse and breakfast restaurants! I would highly recommend this cute place! If we go back to Kentucky, I have this gem saved!!!!

Wonderful place to stay! Kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean. Will say it is probably not the BEST choice for small children as this is an old renovated apartment therefore you can hear every step/door close. This was difficult trying to make our littles tip toe the whole week despite the people above us not trying to be quiet. Other than that this place was great and the view was spectacular.

This was a fantastic property! The hosts were amazing to communicate with and took care of anything we needed immediately! What I loved most is how many little extras they put throughout the house. For example, binoculars for watching the boats, makeup washcloths, or the safety handle by the door for my 80 year old mother to use. Thank you Jennifer and Clay!!We would definitely stay here again!

Host was great to communicate with. Home is adorable, great location, quiet, clean, comfortable (beds are great) and convenient. Every amenity one would need and simple, easy check in/check out instructions. Would absolutely stay again.

I loved sitting on the porch watching the barges go by. We walked over to the Big 4 bridge and walked over the river while the sun was setting. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.

A river side delight

It is a beautiful old house, tastefully updated, with a covered porch from which we enjoyed the river, the walking bridge and Louisville. Beds were great, the sofa was comfortable, and it was convenient to local shops and restaurants. Jeffersonville is a great alternate if you are planning downtown Louisville fun.

Great Stay

Very good location. Jennifer notified of us of severe weather threat and responded to any of our needs promptly. House was super clean and well stocked. Suggest parking on the street in front of the house as parking in the back is tight with the flood wall and dumpsters. Comfy beds. Everything worked. Didn't use the outside patio and weather wasn't good for front porch but can't beat the view! Would stay again if in the area.

Guys Weekend

Great and place to stay for a quick getaway to the conference center. Very clean and convenient. Guys were going to Catfish Show. The view of the bridge and river were really nice. Had all the amenities for a quick stay.

Great!

First of all, this location is excellent! We are 2 retired couples who enjoyed the sitting porch which directly overlooks the river. The apartment is spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen contained everything we needed to make some of our meals. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood along a beautiful greenway, many eateries and the walk bridge over the river.

Quaint and beautiful on the river!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and the scenery was marvelous. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and loved sitting on the front porch to watch the walking bridge change colors. My brother-in-law marveled over how nice the place and location was.

Convenient location

Very beautiful home on the river. Convenient to everything. We really enjoyed our stay, the place was clean, had everything we needed to cook dinner, and had comfortable beds. Seemed to be in a very quiet and relaxed area. Host was responsive and check in was easy. The first night someone else was parked in our spot (in the back), but the extra parking in front saved the day! would definitely be back.

This property was perfect! We were in town for a music festival and this house was not only just 15 minutes from the Kentucky Expo Center but had an awesome view as well. House was very clean and kept when we arrived, Jennifer was super friendly and very responsive in all communications. Hope we get the chance to stay here again in the future, thank you Jennifer!

Sibling vacation was great!

My husband and I traveled with his sister and her spouse to see Louisville. Our stay across the river was perfect. The unit was comfortable for the four of us, each with our own bathroom. We didn't do much cooking in the house, but what was there was fine for breakfast. Loved the porch overlooking the river. We enjoyed the walking bridge across the Ohio River and the restaurants within walking distance of the house. Would definitely return!

Amazing property

This property is undersold. The pics do not do it justice. This place is absolutely amazing. We loved spending our nights watching the river go by. So very relaxing. Great remodel of an old home. The hosts are incredibly responsive. They usually respond within minutes.
