Had a family vacation with 10 couples and needed a large home to accommodate everyone. This home was perfect, plenty of rooms for everyone and amazing basement to keep everyone entertained. House was clean and had no major issues. Would defiantly recommend this house.

This beautiful lodge was perfect for our annual sister's weekend which now includes all female members of our family who are over 21. The nice open kitchen/family room was our main gathering place, but we sure had a fabulous time in the massive game room and on the pickle ball court. This is a very clean and comfortable venue for any gathering and the website pictures, as nice as they are, don't do it justice. We had a wonderful stay.

Great Place

We are a swim team, and we had 13 teenage swimmers who loved this place. There was so much for them to do: air hockey, ping pong, games, and playing on the pickleball court. As the chaperone, I loved the space where they could spread out and not have to worry about being loud or disrupting others, which we would have had at a hotel. The place is huge and very nicely kept. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a lot of room and a lot of activities.Great stay.

Great Place to Stay

The Lodge was the perfect place for our family to celebrate Christmas. The place was decorated for the holidays which made it very festive. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.There was plenty of room for everyone. The men could watch football all day in the theatre room. The kids had plenty of room to play with their toys in the basement. Plus the putting green and pinball games were a hit. There were plenty of tables and chairs for eating meals and playing games. Great house!

Great space for a multi family getaway for a few days. Everyone loved the downstairs play space with the golf area and arcade games. Nice fire pit area for cool fall evenings.

Johnson Family fall trip

Beautiful, peaceful home in a rolling hills environment. Very clean and very comfortable for our 16 family members. Well stocked kitchen and 6 bathrooms made it easy to manage. I would say that we did miss not having a fire pit outside but the rest of the outside barbecue and seating made up for it

Great Time!

Very spacious lodge with plenty to do. We spent most of the time in the basement. Wish we would’ve been allowed to play on the golf course on-site. Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. Only about a 30min drive to Louisville and about 30mins from the start of the Bourbon Trail. I enjoyed my bachelor party there very much.

Christmas on the green

Our multigenerational family of 19 members from several states gathered at this amazing home to celebrate Christmas together. Beds enough for everyone and abundant space to gather (and separate as needed). Movie theater room got great use for online games. Kitchen was well stocked with all you might need. Laundry supplies available for use. We enjoyed a great lunch next door at the Persimmon Ridge Golf Club. Booking for the house was easy and communication was great between us and Brandon. We would highly recommend this home and would love to come back another time!!

Great space for a large family !

This place suited us perfectly for our 10 adults and 7 children. Plenty of space to spread out and a wonderful play area for the kids downstairs. The bar and pub seating in the front of the house made for a nice adult space. The living room, dining room and kitchen was comfortable for gathering during a football game and meals. We had additional adults over for an evening get together and the extra space served us well. Easy parking and nice hilltop setting. There was an extra full size fridge in the basement and a convenient small fridge behind the bar. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils. Brandon was responsive and accommodating. We had a great visit !

Excellent Stay

This was a perfect stay for my bachelor’s party trip. We a couple of very minor issues (Wi-Fi) that we had quick responsiveness and resolutions for! Would definitely recommend this place. We loved the basement area and the poker table!

Great place- Plenty to do at the property

The place was great, plenty to do at the property and if you’re a golfer it is right on a course. Plenty of parking and space for people to enjoy. The property is not close to the bourbon trail but this is easily solved with some planning. I recommend if you’re booking for a group line up bus tour or a driver and you have the perfect place to stay.

Remarkable

Was exactly what we needed to comfortize all the guests. Was easy to rent and any questions were quickly answered. Loved the place. Will recommend to anyone and for sure rent again if needing a place in the furure.

Cool house

House was very clean and plenty big enough for 6 couples . *A couple of little things… there were no towels - dish rags to use in kitchen. - it made it very hard to clean up without. *outside area could be a huge plus if it there was some comfortable furniture to hang out on * bar area was great! However it would have been better if it had. Ice maker - we ran out of ice in frig * would have loved screens on windows being the weather was so nice - Lower level was so fun! We enjoyed playing the arcade games and golf net! The movie room was a big hit as well! Overall - Great house! Highly recommend!

Property was organized and clean. Location is great for Bourbon Tail tours, golf and a quick trip to Keeneland horse track. Communication w/ property manager was very quick and had no issues. Would recommend to all.
