The Space:

This stylish apartment provides everything you'd need for a fantastic stay! You'll enjoy a peaceful nights sleep on a comfortable king sized bed! The apartment offers a fully stocked kitchen, including coffee, sugar, and creamer to start your morning off right! Want to have a rainy day movie marathon? We offer hulu, disney+, and espn to our guests! If you'd like to venture out in the building, you'll be able to enjoy a state-of-the-art gym, golf simulator, a rooftop! This building requires us to have a copy of the primary guests drivers license on file as well as the license plate number for the car that will be parked in the garage.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the apartment, with shared access to building amenities including the rooftop, gym, pool, hot tub, and golf simulator.

Located in the heart of downtown, this apartment is perfect for all of those looking to explore the city! We are right around the corner from 4th street live, perfect for those looking to experience the night life as well!



Getting Around:

Most things to do in Louisville are well within walking distance from the building, but if you're looking to venture out from the downtown area, we recommend using the bus service, uber, or using a car of your own.



Other Things to Note:

One complimentary parking spot is included with a designated space on the rooftop level of the on-site garage, which has an 7-foot clearance and is suitable for most standard vehicles (not oversized vans or tall trucks). The heated pool and hot tub are open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM year-round, with occasional last-minute closures for maintenance!
