But if you are looking for an authentic Louisville hospitality experience in a historic building, this is for you!

The Space:
This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

Indulge in exclusive amenities at the Sky Club and Sky Park levels, including a rooftop sun deck with grilling stations and a fire-pit, outdoor yoga patio, 24/7 fitness center, private screening room and community lounge with kitchen. For those with work to do, the business center and conference room are available. There is also laundry in the building for a fee, we provide detergent in your unit.

The building is a simple on-off from I-65. For local excursions, hop on the LouLift – a free, electric bus fleet with onboard wifi that services 4th Street, downtown shopping district, and beyond. Uber and Lyft are never far. For the bold, we encourage the use of the dockless scooters!

Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests

No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Not very happy with the experience
We had five people in the house for four days and one of the showers did not work the entire time. Everyday I would get an email or text that said they were working on the shower repair. The pool was disgusting and not usable and the rooftop grills were filthy. I have never had an experience like this with a VRBO. I would like to see some sort of refund.

We loved the pool and the grills on the roof! Everyone was very friendly
We were not provided the main code for the front door, fortunately, there are many very friendly individuals that work in the apartment complex that were able to help us. Definitely took a little time to remember all the different codes for the building. The security code for the apartment is time sensitive, cannot check in one minute early. The apartment itself is very nice, we loved using the pool and grills on the roof!
