  • Located high in the forest in the heart of Mohican, this secluded 3 bed Rustic A-frame on a 22 acre private parcel, features a hot tub & fire ring surrounded by towering trees. Inside you will find a main floor Kitchen, Living Room, Bathroom and Bedroom and a second-floor lofted bedroom that overlooks the living room. The lower level has a pool table, bedroom, and a full bath.
    Driveway notice: Drive way is long and steep. 4 wheel drive/All Wheel Drive is recommended in the winter.

Highly recommend! Home was extremely clean and everything for a short stay supplied. Property was gorgeous and close to all activities. Host was amazing with prompt communication and details. Can’t wait to go back!!

Perfect spot for a midweek getaway. Private enough to feel like we’re tucked away, but only a short drive to town for supplies or adventures. The stairs are steep, watch your head, and the pillows a bit flat, but the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, the fire pit was perfect, the view was refreshing.enjoyed some pool practice, bird watching, and listening to the rain on the roof. :)

We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was enjoyable. All the reminders about the hot tub made me think that previous people were not respectful or clean with the property so I was a little nervous to use anything. It was a little creepy not having curtains or blinds on the windows. The only rooms with full privacy were the main floor bedroom, bathroom, and downstairs bedroom. A secluded cabin in the woods with just us girls (me being the only adult) gave me “The Hills Have Eyes” vibes lol. The game cabinet was a great idea along with the pool table. The showers/ bathrooms were clean and thats important to me. The water didnt smell like sulphur either. Otherwise, great experience and would stay here again.

Rustic Chalet was perfect for our family of 6. The property was clean an provided you with everything you needed for your stay and had such a cozy and warm feeling. The owner Drew was great, and responded quickly to any of my questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend this property!
