"Check-in time at 4 is apparently optional. Was like sitting in an airport with the number of people waiting for rooms for hours. Took us two hours to get our room. Was awoken in the middle of the night by our neighbors who sounded like they were in the room with us yelling - this is not a motel! Will absolutely never stay here again - was overpriced and just all around bad experience."

"Everything was great. Front desk were very professional And helpful. The only issue I had was the bartender. He was very disrespectful to everyone at the bar. I don’t remember his name but he said he was from Jamaica. He Shouldn’t be working as bartender if he ia very rude and obnoxious. Beside that everything was perfect."

"The room was great. The bathroom on the other hand was awful. The tub wouldn’t drain properly and the there were patches of hair on the ceiling in the tub. The wall in the bathroom were under construction. Curtain rod was coming off the wall and the faucet was as well falling out. Was pleased with the bedroom but the bathroom was awful."

"The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!"

"My stay was good. The hotel is being maintained but I had just 3 issues. 1. The parking is no longer free. If someone is flying away from BWI then charge them. I saw an elderly woman leave her car and wait in the lobby. She should pay because she was heading straight to the airport on July 6th. 2. I asked for a quiet room and the night before check-out someone placed a family with a baby and 1 toddler and 1 small dog into the room just next door. Our last morning was noisy. 3. A huge...

"I really appreciate the fact that it was a 24 hour hotel, because the train I took to Baltimore was extremely late. Staff was very helpful and I was able to head to bed right away."

"The double room was very small. The door would not close all the way you could see the light from outside from the side and from under the door room 332. The Blanket had smoke holes in it more than a few and pretty big size. The staff was nice tho. People live there full time- no judgement tho just making a statement ."
