Villa Serena is a contemporary beachfront villa and is the perfect place to experience your coveted Cabo vacation. Sitting directly on a soft white sandy beach and located inside an extremely exclusive community, you will experience Cabo the way people have always dreamed. Situated on the Tourist Corridor, just 15 minutes outside of downtown San Lucas and 10 minutes outside of San Jose del Cabo, Villa Serena is close to everything. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom all boast spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez. This villa is loaded with amenities like beach equipment, infinity pool, hot tub, grill, HDTVs and more. Located right at the edge of your large infinity pool is a beach with soft white sand that's perfect for swimming (in season), volleyball, beachcombing, exercising or just relaxing and enjoying the ocean waves. Your Villa Serena vacation is complete with daily housekeeping (except Mexican Holidays), complimentary Butler and a Cabo Platinum Personal Concierge.

This home is provided with a team of staff to ensure your stay is as comfortable and relaxing as possible. We kindly ask for a minimum gratuity of 10% of your reservation to split fairly to our service personnel.

* This villa does NOT rent to all male groups / bachelor parties
* 7-night Christmas reservations must end on or before December 28th. 7-night New Years reservations must start on December 26th or later.

HOUSE RULES:

- No Pets
- No Events without prior written approval from Cabo Platinum (Guests cannot exceed the original number as specified in the Rental Agreement)
- Guests must adhere to all of the rules of the community, such as noise ordinance, respect of the security guards, etc.
- Any existing damages (previous to rental) must be reported to Cabo Platinum within 24 hours of arrival.
- Principal guest must be at least 25 years of age unless given written permission by Cabo Platinum prior to arrival.
- No outside contracted services as this would jeopardize our guests' safety and security deposit. This includes chefs, butlers, masseuse, etc. Ask your concierge to help you book any additional services that you desire. This is mandated for your protection. All of our service providers receive a thorough background check and are verified with Homeowners.
- Your Cabo Platinum villa rental includes a personal concierge. This Local Expert will help plan and book all of your restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, grocery pre-stock and more. They will be at your residence to check you in and perform a final walk-thru during departure, as well as be "on-call" and available while you are in Cabo.
- Cabo Platinum has a strict cancellation/no refund policy. If you have a special situation, please call us so we can discuss the best option for your vacation.

Q: Does Villa Serena have direct beach access? And is this beach swimmable?
A: Yes, there is direct beach access just beyond the pool patio. This beach is located on the Sea of Cortez and can be swimmable at certain times of the year, however not always. We always recommend using extreme caution in the ocean, especially with kids and individuals who are not comfortable or experienced swimming in the ocean. The water in Cabo is known for getting out of control from time to time and the current and undertow can get very strong. This home also has a beach volleyball net and is within walking distance to a beachfront restaurant and bar.

Q: How far is Villa Serena from restaurants and grocery stores?
A: There is a grocery store about 10 mins away (although your personal concierge will take care of all grocery deliveries for you.) There are several delicious restaurant options located just a short walk down the beach.

Q: What does the butler service include?
A: The butler is available for up to 7 hours per day and will help with luggage, serve drinks, refresh pool towels, move umbrellas, assist with the beach chairs and beach service. They will also make coffee in the morning and help with food service. You stipulate hours.

Q: Are kids allowed in Villa Serena?
A: Absolutely! Kids are allowed as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
