Things to Note:
• September is construction month at Villa La Estancia; please note this when booking dates in Sept.
• Spring Break and Christmas Break have 7 night minimums and need to be booked Saturday to Saturday. Please reach out if you are looking for flexibility with these dates!

-This spacious villa is located at Villa La Estancia, located on Medano Beach and about a 15 minute walk into downtown Cabo. It doesn't get better than this!!!!
-Enjoy this beautiful "Newly Remodeled"-2 bedroom/3 full bath located in the center of the complex with views from every room!  
- Let your personal concierge arrange dinner reservations, excursions, or shop for groceries! (extra charge for shopping and groceries)
 Two BR Villas offer an A side (Master suite and living area) and B side (Guest suite). The 2 sides share a common terrace overlooking the pool & the Sea of Cortez.

* Larger villas and penthouses have individualized floor plans.
* Family room and bedrooms have TV’s.
Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking & dining including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser
There is a wall safe in the closet in the master bedroom and guest suite for your valuables. 
There is a washer/dryer/laundry tub in every villa.
Housekeeping comes every other day to change linens, clean bathrooms, etc.,  
Villas have large terraces with lounging, sitting, and dining table with chairs.
Many villas have gas grills for your cooking pleasure. Villa La Estancia is a 5-star resort located on Medano Beach, which is the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. The lavish Cabo resort affords guests all of the amenities of a 5-star resort while enjoying the comforts of your own home. Each villa is privately owned and the U-shaped design allows amazing views from wherever you are staying within the resort. 
The U-shaped design of Villa La Estancia surrounds the Infinity Pool and affords all guests a beautiful glimmer of the sapphire blue Sea of Cortez or the gorgeous gardens. Building 1-enjoys views of the Land’s End rock formation while Building 3-offers early risers a peek of the beautiful morning sun rise. Building 2 directly overlooks the lush gardens and the sparkling Sea. This ideal location is only a short walk away from the town of Cabo San Lucas. You can either walk the beach, the sidewalks, hop in a taxi or water taxi.

Just wanted to review our stay! Amazing in all ways. The unit is incredible with a fabulous view and the attention to detail by the owner was unmatched right from the start handmade with margaritas and guac within minutes of our arrival. Fabulous stay! I 100% recommend this place!

The pool was clean, spacious and plenty of lounge chairs. Staff was attentive and friendly. We were able to go in the ocean, but the vendors on the beach were constantly trying to sell us services. The villa was clean and spacious with very good A/C. The water pressure in the showers and WiFi were weak and could use upgrades. Great location to shops and restaurants. Easy to get Ubers and taxis.

Absolutely perfect in every way!

This was our first stay in Cabo. Have only stopped for a day when in port on a cruise years ago!! I really wasn’t sure of the exact location of where we wanted to stay, so did a bit of research.. we were a group of 2 couples celebrating our 70th birthdays. We are all still pretty active and love outdoor activities, but didn’t want the loud music party scene… been there, done that. Villa la Estancia exceeded all our expectations! Impressive grounds and our Villa was perfect! Spacious and elegant with a phenomenal view of the pool and ocean! The staff everywhere on site were so kind and gracious!! Our concierge was extremely helpful and always available for to help us make plans! The location of Villa Estancia was truly perfect for us we could walk down the beach to all the craziness of Médano Beach and the restaurants but come back to the quiet and elegance of this resort. Lovely pool and restaurants on site were excellent as well! Highly recommend…. Easy to Uber into the marina if you want as well.. much cheaper than a taxi and alway there for you in less than 2 minutes!

Country Club Condo!! Culture??

This is a nice condo and well appointed. Plenty of room and privacy. The grounds are pretty and well kept. They get sprayed often. Not only is the smell toxic, its created a environment free of anything natural such as butterflies, geckos ect..There are birds! but they bring in a hawk daily to scare them away. It attacked a seagull next to my lounge chair on the beach. It is a walk to get to mainstream town and beach. There are taxis and a bus outside of the property. There is a music show and screaming, crying kids at a neighboring complex so if your planning a evening on the patio, be forewarned. It's short but nightly. I think I have been generous in the star ratings just due to the visuals. I was NOT looking for a sterile, opulent country club with rooftop pickleball and expensive gift shops. I will be more diligent in finding a more natural setting with some culture next time. P.S. Someone help the employees in the lobby! I can not imagine working with that deodorized, man made fragrance being sprayed in there all day. It will choke you out!

Great time on our girls trip! We were greeted with fresh margaritas and guacamole at check in at the condo. Our butler was very helpful and available to us the entire time. Great views of the pool and ocean! We will stay again soon

what a view

The condo was as described. The view was OUTSTANDING. I would rent again simply for the view. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. The cafe, deli, and shop perfectly situated across the street. The office staff so nice. The bar staff, they could have been friendlier and made more effort to serve and simply make eye contact. That was the downside. Overall, really special place.

Underwhelmed

We were detained in Cabo due to a flight cancellation so we made this reservation last minute. Our first few nights in Cabo were spent at this same complex in a different unit that was beautiful and well equipped, so perhaps our expectations were too high. This unit was a bit disappointing, no hand, dish or dishwasher soaps, no paper towels and very few dish towels, minimal kitchen supplies, uncomfortable furniture but it had great views and the complex is beautiful.
