"El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en la habitación y nos dijeron que sí servía y no nos ayudaron. Dormimos con muchísimo calor pues la habitación estaba más caliente que en el pasillo. No había sábanas para usar el sofá cama, aún cuando se cobró extra por que éramos 6 y la habitación lo ofrecía ..."
