Used for World Cup accommodation with 2 other mates and ideal for what we required. Easy walk to shops and central location to most things like Airport & SoFi stadium

Nice stay

Great stay! The apartment was clean, quiet, and close to the beach and gym—perfect for a family trip. Check-in was smooth. Only downside was the scratched cookware—just one stainless pot was really usable. Still, we'd happily stay again!

The apartment was great and centrally located. The WiFi didn’t really work, which made getting some stuff done difficult, but otherwise it was a perfect spot for us!

Great location! Couch needs to be replaced, very uncomfortable! A little disappointed that there was no Christmas decorations, since we stayed Christmas day!

Great for a family of 4

This is great for a centrally located property. It was only 4 miles from my brothers house, so very convenient. Only drawback is we did bring our dog as it's a dog/pet friendly property, but no easy location from the alley for pet to do their business. Otherwise great experience.

The property was adequate for our stay. If you plan on spending a lot of time there know that the couch is really uncomfortable and there is only one other chair. Good place

The location is really great if you want to use the bus, and especially want to go to the beach. It is a 15 min ride of bus to Venice beach, and 30min ride to Santa Monica. There are not a lot of kitchen tools, so you might have to buy some when you arrive if you’re planning on cooking. There’s a grocery store at 5min walk.

Great place

The apartment is so clean. Our only problem was getting into the apartment the night we got here. But we called the landlord and he immediately solved the problem and this was around 2 o’clock in the morning. The apartment has everything you need.

We were here for 6 nights and it suited our needs well. It's a little rough around the edges but overall was a great location and space for the price. It's not exactly walkable but Erewhon Venice Beach and the coast is about 10 min away. Rodeo Drive and the famous parts of Sunset Blvd are about 25 min away. Highway access was easy. We avoided tolls and got everywhere we wanted to go easily. It's spacious in the living room/dining area. The kitchen is sufficient. This unit has a ton of natural light and since it's upstairs we were never bothered by any noise from neighbors. Some people in the complex had a late party but it was not excessive, just some music and chatting and kids playing. Since it's around the back from Washington Ave, the traffic noise but it's not too bad. he parking is tight but if you're careful it's fine. BTW, the address is confusing. You have to go around to the alley in the back to get to the parking. The host was relatively responsive. There are no spices or lids for some of the pots. I had to ask for a kitchen sponge, a large pot, extra toilet paper and paper towel. They took care of all of it except the toilet paper which was weird. The unit was well cleaned. There was dish soap, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, soap, body wash and shampoo provided. There were 4 sets of bath towels and wash cloths. There were 4 beach towels. There are fans so if it's hot you'll be ok at night. I'd absolutely stay here again!

If you want a place to stay ... this is a place to stay

Pros: clean, easy check-in, located at the back end of the building, so street noise is not an issue. Manager responds quickly to messages. Good price for a 2-BR in this area. Cons: Feels like a management company bought it, painted the walls, and furnished it from Target. Minimally equipped kitchen. Mostly bare walls give it a bleak, empty feel. Just 1 blanket per bed (in December). Two rolls of TP provided for a 10-day stay by 3 people. When we requested more, the manager said "that's the starter allotment." Parking is in a narrow alcove in back of the building, which takes a lot of back and forth to get your car in while avoiding scrapes.

This was a lovely clean apartment and a had most of the basics for a short stay in Culver City. The beds and rooms were a little on the small side but adequate for a short stay. The sofa was comfy and my daughter used this as a sofa bed which she was happy with. The location was good, near to shops and beech. The parking in the rear ally was a little creepy and the bulb had gone the second night which made it tricky to park. Owner was informed but didn’t seem particularly keen on sorting the issue, however he was responsive. There is no air conditioning in the flat though we did manage to find a few fans for the rooms which were good. There were a few bulbs out on the standing lights in rooms. Would be nice to have bedside lamps. Would have also been nice to have some pictures on walls to make the place a little less bear looking and maybe some coffee to put in the machine would have been a nice touch for the tired traveller!! Overall the apartment met our needs for a 2 night stay, was clean and in a good location.

This place was an old building which was not pictured in the listing. There was not one picture or any decoration in the apt. It was sterile and bland and uninviting. There was a bed and two metal trays on stands. Not a dresser or a drawer or anything to put your clothes in. A closet with a few hangers. The kitchen was sparsely equipped one butcher knife and one med sz knife. Only 4 forks, spoons and reg knives. The walls were dirty and not well kept. Mold growing in the barroom. The back drive way area were you had to drive down was filled with trash, old mattresses and trash cans over flowing. We ran into another couple staying in another unit from Tennessee and they were very disappointed in the place, as we were. No AC in the unit but they had fans. The Wi-Fi info was incorrect and we couldn’t get on. Hopefully the pictures will give you a good idea of how unacceptable this place was.

Good stay

-Able to contact host all times of day -easy access - renovated and refurbished, really clean - quiet neighbourhood -price on point for peak season LA - location good but back alley for parking a bit creepy -15 minute drive to Santa Monica and Venice beach -5 minute drive to Vons supermarket -2 minute drive to laundromat although coin operated laundry room on bottom floor works well -40 minute drive to Universal Studios, Warner Brothers Studio, Hollywood Hills and Hollywood Drive, Beverly Hills -16 minute drive to LAX -plenty of towels -kitchen clean, has everything you need. - stayed mid December , cold mornings and nights not enough blankets for family of 5, were provided with more when asked -if more than 4 people staying BE AWARE that the 5th bed is a sofa in the living area which cannot possibly be used for sitting on, let alone sleeping on. It is extremely painful to sleep on as it has no cushion and hard springs poke through. We had to combine the 2 single beds for our 3 teenagers to sleep on for a week which was also uncomfortable. Host suggested a roll out bed in laundry room by mid stay but at that point we didn’t bother. -nice sunny lounge room -

This property was good for what we needed. It was clean and was well appointed. The only complaint would be that the couch was unusable. The springs were sticking out and the fabric was so worn in the middle down to the wood that a couple of us hurt our tailbone sitting on it. If the couch was replaced it would really make a big difference. Otherwise we were happy with the unit.

Great apartment

Apartment was clean and in a safe neighborhood. Check in and out was smooth and the hosts were very communicative. Parking takes some care, but not impossible for our large-ish car. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible Maintenance

When we checkin 11:00pm, the door was out of order. So I and my two company guests could not enter. Owner did not answer the phone. After spending 2 hours in front of door, 1 guest left. Owner gave me a call and told us how to use emergency key. I and 1 guest entered the room. Because we wasted 2 hours around midnight and one person left, I asked refund. but Owners simply rejected. This is terrible

Clean and confortable

The apartment was nice and clean and had everything we needed to sightsee in LA area for a few days. Location was an easy enough access to downtown LA, Hollywood, Santa Monica, etc. while being much less expensive than a rental in Santa Monica. Beds were comfortable. Weather was great while we were there in July, but I know you can have hot enough days that you need an AC, and there is not one.
