  • Abrace el carácter único y el romance de este histórico apartamento de California. Exuberantes muebles de terciopelo, arquitectura rústica española y una deliciosa cocina original hacen de este apartamento el lugar perfecto para una escapada inolvidable en el sur de California.

    El apartamento está ubicado en el distrito histórico de Wilmore City, en el centro de Long Beach. A solo una milla del Centro de Convenciones, y a un corto paseo de la estación de Metro Blue Line y las paradas de autobús de la ciudad. ¡Toma un Uber de 10 minutos a la playa o Pike Outlets!

    La casa mide poco más de 1000 pies cuadrados, con un dormitorio principal de buen tamaño y un segundo dormitorio pequeño pero acogedor. La gran sala de estar también se puede transformar fácilmente en otro espacio para dormir accediendo a la cama murphy de gabinete de tamaño queen.

    Aunque la cocina cuenta con gran parte de su encanto original, también tendrá modernos electrodomésticos grandes y pequeños, utensilios de cocina y vajilla. El comedor es pequeño pero pintoresco y se asemeja a una cafetería en miniatura con asientos estilo bar para cuatro.

    Estarás en el extremo norte del centro de Long Beach. El centro de convenciones y el aeropuerto de Long Beach están a pocos minutos. También estará ubicado entre Los Ángeles y el Condado de Orange, ¡para que obtenga lo mejor de ambos mundos!

    Vacacionistas:
    Estás justo cerca de la playa! Encontrarás senderos para correr, ciclismo, restaurantes, museos, tiendas, paseos en bote, vida nocturna o un viaje rápido a la isla Catalina. También estamos ubicados en el centro de todos los famosos parques temáticos del sur de California.

    No hay estacionamiento fuera de la calle para nuestro edificio, pero hay estacionamiento gratuito en la calle disponible. Al igual que con cualquier ciudad de playa o área del centro, es posible que tenga que buscar un poco y caminar unas pocas cuadras, especialmente a medida que avanza el día. Por favor revise las señales del horario de barrido de calles para evitar un boleto.

    Ubicado justo a la salida de la autopista 710, a solo 30 minutos de Disneyland y el centro de Los Ángeles en un tráfico ligero. The booking was last minute Greta was responsive and very accommodating. I love the Spanish like set up plenty of room and very clean. Beach is 5 minutes away on scooter. Cool air great for zoom meetings in living room better than expected.

Greta was a wonderful host and the home was beautiful. Everything you can think of is provided to you and the neighborhood book is wonderful as well. Its the perfect spot for a SoCal trip!

Notre séjour s’est super bien déroulé ! L’appartement avait toutes les commodités dont nous avions besoin, le stationnement était relativement facile dans la rue. Nous n’avons manqué de rien et les communications avec l’hôte ont été rapides, simples et efficaces.

Amazing host & apartment!

Greta was an amazing host! She checked in on me, making sure i had everything i needed during my stay. Very attentive. The pictures are exactly what the apartment looks like! Very spacious and has everything you may need during your stay. Will definitely be staying again when i make a trip to Long Beach!

Greta, the hostess with the mostest!

Our stay was everything we were expecting and hoping for! The beautiful aesthetic in the apartment was cozy, chic, and lavish. Greta’s instructions for check-in and check-out were very thorough and easy to follow. The only downside to this apartment is the parking situation. It is difficult to find parking close to this location and although there is a space provided by the host in a parking garage, it is quite far from your stay and would not recommend walking the distance at night. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and we would stay here again. Thanks Greta!

Weekend before cruise

Property was in a very convenient place to downtown sites and restaurants. Close to the port and to the Queen Mary and Long Beach Airport. The only issue I had; I have more everywhere I go. I am allergic to "Weed", even second hand. The fumes were coming up through the vents from downstairs. We closed the doors to the little home office and that helped some. We did not use the filter thing on the wall in the living room by the Murphy bed, because we weren't sure if it was a filter. I would stay again though and recommend to others

Place is very vintage and beautiful. Had a nice window to show the street of Longbeach. Since it is a very old house, they included portable a/c which can be noisy but works great. Floors are creaky. Great spot to be close to places but street parking is competitive, especially on cleaning days. Make sure to look for street signs for them because I didn't see any and got a ticket. Communication with host was great the night before our arrival since we asked to check in early but not the best the day of. We were exhausted from our flight and the host did not respond fast enough to check in early for 2-3 hours. I enjoyed the layout of the apartment and was able to cook the things I wanted which was a plus.

Surrounded by homeless people

The apartment is old but clean ( except for the bathtub/ shower). The area is borderline in that I had to navigate numerous homeless people and panhandlers to go to get food, coffee or to my meetings. No street people were overly aggressive but it did not feel safe walking back after dark. There were neighbors screaming at each other late at night, people going through the outdoor garbage around midnight, and street racing in the early morning hours. These are problems more related to Long Beach than to the management company. Cleaning the bathtub properly falls upon management.

Perfect, thoughtful, responsive

Visiting Long Beach for the first time for a convention. The location of this rental was about one mile from the convention center, which in the gorgeous May weather, made it a delightful walk. Local and walkable to restaurants, grocery, drug store, night life, beach, aquarium, playgrounds, etc. even with a 2 and 4 year old. The unit itself is MORE spacious than the pictures indicate which was a really pleasant surprise. Kids loved the hidden Murphy bed in the cabinet. FireStick with Netflix, Disney+, etc. in several rooms. Office spaces were a bonus. Kitchen is fully stocked with nonperishable condiments, as well as snacks, tea, coffee, popcorn. Eating nook was cute and homey. Bedroom and bed was comfortable with plenty of closet and shelving/drawers. Laundry room complete with detergent to help manage needs in that area. Bathroom with backups and extras that went forgotten perhaps - toothbrushes, shaving cream, sunscreens, first aid, soap, shampoo, conditioner, razors, tampons/pads, even Tylenol! I felt safe, happy, and enjoyed my stay here with my family. No concerns as a 36yo female walking after dark. Kids and husband had a blast too. If we are ever back to Long Beach, will book again without hesitation. Thank you for a great stay, Greta and Hiplandia!

Comfortable and Convenient

Beautiful place

The apartment was beautiful. Just like the pictures! We had everything we needed & she gave restaurant recommendations that were super tasty! There was plenty of room & the neighborhood way so nice. Felt like a local in this area. Greta was also very attentive. She checked on us while there to make sure we had everything we needed. She made the experience super simple. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful home. Nice location. Confused about cleaning charges when you are required to clean, hand wash dishes and take out trash. Floors so dirty my socks were black. Also charged $45 extra for "updating the itenarary" for adding an adult to the stay when the itenarary was never actually updated.

Welcoming and extremely clean place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Greta's home. We had everything we needed to make homemade dinners each evening. The place was very clean and organized! Greta was so helpful a nd welcoming!
