We enjoyed this stay. Enough space for a family, a kitchen and living area was so helpful. The 3 minute walk to the beach was very convenient and we spent a lot of our time there able to run back and forth. The house was clean and the host was very responsive answering all our questions over the stay.

Apartment- two blocks from Beach

Inside of property was clean. Easily slept the 8 people. Did have a wagon, chairs, and towels to take down to the beach.Downsides: Was an apartment that has 5 units, not a house.One confirmation said check-in was 3pm, it was not ready and told check-in was 4pm. For a place that sleeps 8 people, you are allowed only one parking space. Parking in that neighborhood was atrocious. This was the first VRBO that did not have a TV in every room, and did not have a washer and dryer. Found out on last day that the apartment complex did have a washer and dryer, but it is coin operated. Finding change on the weekend was not easy. Smoke from the next unit over made one bathroom and bedroom really hard to stay in. Owner did say he would take this up with complex management. Last complaint is one I experienced almost everywhere we went. It smells like urine. While there we watched every dog that went by pee on the fence and shrubs next to our auto. You can see urine build-up on concrete. Always heard Cali smells of urine, first time experiencing it. I haven't been to Cali in 18 years, don't remember it being that bad before. At restaurants, Hollywood, etc, it was everywhere except one northern rocky beach.Overall, the inside (omitting smoke problem) was nice. Would give the place 3.5-4 stars out of 5.

Only negatives were no access to trash cans to clean up and cleaners were there still when we showed up at 3pm after contacting property owner about early arrival. Otherwise property was beautiful and worked perfectly for our family trip for graduation! Highly recommended

Was here for my daughter’s graduation and had a wonderful 3 day stay! We had a had group of 7 that stayed and had 3 people over for a bbq. It was nice that kitchen was stocked with basics. There were plenty of stores nearby to get the rest of the things we needed. Apartment was clean and very roomy. Loved the short walk to the beach!!! Would definitely stay here again!

Long Beach long weekend

This property was good for what we needed. If you want to be in/near downtown LBC and/or the beach the location is perfect.The size of the unit is great for 4-6 people. Off-street parking is good to have. The unit was clean and functional.For the size and location we thought it was a good value and would stay again.

Definitely Recommend & Great for Families

I greatly enjoyed my stay here! Despite the circumstances of our travel, (my Aunt’s funeral services) this place made my family and I feel at home. The pictures do not do it justice! There was plenty of room for all 6 of us! The check in was super easy, it was really clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. One morning we woke up early to watch the sunrise from the beach which was a short walk, approximately 2 blocks! Our host was very responsive from booking to check out and answered all of my questions quickly. I definitely recommend staying here for your next trip to Long Beach! Thank you so much! Hope to stay here again in the future.

This place is great for a family stay in Long Beach! Walking distance from the beach and short drive to many activities and food options. It was quiet and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot

Tranquil Orange Haven did not disappoint! The home was very clean and the floorplan worked out perfectly for our group! Everyone raved about the beds - so comfy! The beach was about a 3 minute walk from the front door! We spent the majority of our time in Long Beach at the Convention Center about a mile away. We walked there and back in the early morning and late at night, and we never felt unsafe! The home was very well stocked with the items we needed and the host was quick to respond when we had questions. No real complaints, but I do wish there was a "notebook" with instructions regarding the laundry/trash/check-out/parking etc just to make things a little easier. We were able to figure things out, but that would have been helpful! Overall, we would absolutely stay here again! Such a cute place and great location!
