Què li ha agradat: Neteja, personal i servei
Shops are within waking distance and the surrounding area feels safe and vibrant. Staff was pleasant and helpful. They are attentive and quickly respond to requests. The reduction of the hotel's menu selections was disappointing and pricey but the meals they still offer are appealing. The meals I did order were delicious.
The room was very clean, comfortable and cozy however, being next to the stairwell made it a very noisy spot due to the door leading into the stairwell being repeatedly slammed throughout the night and early morning.
The bathroom was also clean and lovely but it's door was a big negative. The door seemed to be too big for the frame. Force was needed to pull the door open and to push it close. The shower was modern and stylish with it's single non-adjustable glass partition. The only problem was that the partition is too short lengthwise to prevent the shower stream from spraying water outside of the shower and onto the bathroom floor. I pre-placed towels down before each shower to avoid soaking the floor.
The pool was lovely especially at night- the fire pit is a nice touch. Despite these few issues, the Mosaic is a solid, respectable hotel and I would stay there again as well as recommend it to others.
