Enjoy our luxurious, modern and uniquely designed home, located in the heart of downtown Manhattan Beach, only 1 block to the beach and 3 blocks to the pier.

Experience whitewater ocean, iconic pier and Palos Verdes views from the top floor of this premier 3-bedroom home with an excellent location and comfy interiors that will make for a remarkable stay.

Everything is within walking distance, including the beach, amazing restaurants, chic boutiques, and beach bars.

This three-level home features an open floor plan drenched in sunlight. Oversized glass doors allow the entertainment living rooms to be completely open to the viewing deck with outside furniture chairs.

The oversized living space located on the top floor has:
- New flat screen Smart TV
- Sonos speakers
- Big Ass fan
- Modern gas fireplace
- Bathroom with shower

A couple steps up, on the 3rd floor, is where the kitchen is located, with:
- Floor-to-ceiling walnut cabinetry, Italian tile and custom blue mined granite island with a breakfast and mini bar.
- You can have coffee and watch the waves from a stainless steel bar-height table with two chairs.
- The dining room easily seats six people, with built-in seating on two sides and there are four countertop stools on the kitchen island.

On the second level, there are 3 bedrooms:
- The generous-sized Main Bedroom has a fireplace, shower, and luxurious soaking tub with a generous walk-in closet.
- The two Guest Bedrooms - one with a Queen bed and the other with 2x Twin beds - have a bathroom with an extra-large shower located between them.

On the same level, a few steps up is what they call the guitar bar, which has:
- A cozy sofa
- One wine refrigerator
- Another mini refrigerator

Spend an afternoon on the outside patio with:
- Glass doors and an ultra-comfy and stylish wicker egg-shaped chair, which is one of the owner’s favorite places to hang out.

On the bottom level is the perfect place to hang out in our comfy living area with:
- New smart TV
- Velvet sectional sofa
- Bathroom with shower

Other features are:
- Mini Split Air Conditioning units in most of the rooms.
- Radiated heated floors with Nest
- Big Ass fans - yes that is the name - as they are wonderful for air circulation and are located upstairs, master bedroom and guest bedroom.
- Parking for two cars in the garage with a Tesla Charger and guest parking that will fit larger SUV autos. You can also park in front of the house blocking the garage and guest parking.
- SUV`s will not fit in the garage.
- Tesla EV charger available in the garage.
- The washer and dryer are located in the garage.
- We also have a dumbwaiter to bring up groceries to the top floor.

Everything you need for a day at the beach is in the garage including:
- Beach chairs
- A foam surfboard
- Two beach umbrellas
- Straw beach hats
- Volleyballs
- Rolling ice chest
- Lots of beach blankets and towels.

Other Amenities
- Outdoor shower: to use to clean off sand after a day at the beach.
- Wall-mounted guitars: can be used, but please be careful to put them back in their original position.
- Two vintage cruiser beach bikes: located outside, they may have a little rust due to ocean exposure. Please ride the bikes at your own risk.
- One foam surfboard and cruiser long skateboard: available for use.
- Access to coverups, Turkish towel robes, straw beach bags, beach blankets, and towels: the owners have their own brands of resort wear that you can use during your stay. If you wish to purchase anything from their websites (www . shop subtle luxury . com or www . golden sun brand . com), they can pre-deliver to the beach house. A discount code will be provided if you are interested in purchasing anything.

Complimentary items:
- We will provide all the necessary spices, condiments, coffee pods, tea bags, sugar, honey, paper towels, toilet tissue, washing machine detergent, cleaning supplies, and a few other things for you to enjoy during your stay.

Here are some of the top things to do while you’re here:
1} Sign up for Beach Sports` weekly Beach, Surf, and Junior Lifeguard Camp for kids aged 4-14. This is a great way to keep your kids active and entertained during the summer season and is right down the street on 14th.
2} Rent electric bikes and take a ride along the Strand, which is one of the best things to do in Manhattan Beach. You can ride to Hermosa Beach or Redondo Beach in one direction and Santa Monica in the other. Stop at Martha`s in Hermosa Beach for breakfast along the way.
3} Head over to The Strand, where everyone walks, runs, and skates. Bring a bottle of wine and a beach blanket to watch the beautiful sunset.
4} Visit the Roundhouse Aquarium located on the famous Manhattan Beach Pier, which is a great activity for families with small kids. They also offer a Summer Science Beach Camp in the summer.
5} Check out the volleyball courts located on the beach on 14th street, as well as up and down the beach where you might be able to spot some pro volleyball players practicing. Manhattan Beach is home to some famous volleyball stars like Sinjin Smith, Kerri Walsh, and Casey Jennings. Don`t miss the AVP Manhattan Beach Open volleyball tournament and the 6-Man beach Volleyball tournament held in the summertime.
6} Rent a surfboard or boogie board from a local surf store and take some lessons if you want to learn. Surfing and boogie boarding are a must-do activity while you`re in Manhattan Beach.

Overall, Manhattan Beach is a vibrant, laid-back coastal town with plenty of activities to keep you and your family entertained during your visit.

Places to Eat | Downtown Manhattan Beach
So many great restaurants steps from the house but here are a few of our favorite restaurants and we suggest making reservations prior to your arrival at a least few places for dinner.

Breakfast |Brunch: one block up is Uncle Bills, The Kettle, Le Pain Quotidien, Zinc @ Shade Lounge and MB Post {Don’t forget to order their famous biscuits} Paradise Bowls is a must quick breakfast acai bowl.

Lunch & Dinner: Fishing with Dynamite, Esperanza Cocina De La Playa, Rockefeller-MB, Pitfire Pizza Sugarfish, The IZAKA-YA, Rock N Fish, Simmzy’s, The Strand House, Nick’s, Love & Salt, and our favorite local place El Sombrero for Mexican Food.

Bars: Ercole’s, StrandBar, Brewco, Downstairs Bar and Culture Brewing Co
Juice & Coffee | Right up the street is the owner`s favorite place for the best coffee called Goodboybob’s and Kreation and Pressed Juice.

Grocery Shopping is walkable to Von’s and the local Manhattan Beach Farmers market held on Tuesday’s.

Treats: Manhattan Beach Creamery, Gelato and Angels, and Beckers Bakery and Deli.

Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes.

This vacation rental has a Manhattan Beach business license allowing for short-term stays. TOT taxes of 14% will apply and collected via Resolutions Center after the booking is confirmed.

Beach volleyball central

My wife and I were in town to watch collegiate beach volleyball at the pier. The location was ideal. We loved the short walk to restaurants and the pier. The house was comfortable and clean with every amenity needed. We will book again for future trips.
