The open dining room has seating for 8, and the kichen has all stainless appliances. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds. And the mater bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom.

There is also a washer and dryer off the dining room. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds (one has an ocean view!) and they both share a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Down stairs in front of the building there is a shared patio space with a patio table and an ocean view! The perfect location! You`re just 30 seconds walk to the beach in Marina del Rey, in a quiet part of the Marina Peninsula, but you`re also just 3 blocks to Washington Blvd, where you`ll find restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the Venice Pier!

Uber or Walk is the easiest! But you do have parking for 1 car if you need it, and you`re just a few blocks from the bus route on Washington. It`s also easy to rent a bike or a bird scooter and see all of Venice, Santa Monica, and The Marina!
