You will feel completely welcome the moment you enter this SPACIOUS & SPOTLESS apartment. You can either relax in the comfy interior or enjoy a cup of coffee in the courtyard. Close to grocery store, pharmacy and gym. Explore restaurants, theaters, & galleries in vibrant downtown Culver City OR visit nearby Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills or Hollywood.

Portable A/C in bedrooms. Ceiling fans elsewhere and lots of windows to create a nice cross breeze. The third bed is a queen size inflatable.

Neigboorhood overview: Culver City offers a lot for visitors, such as restaurants, nightlife, studios, art galleries, Hollywood studios (i.e., Sony, HBO, Netflix, Amazon) hiking trails, supermarkets and more. Be sure to visit the Farmers' market on Tuesdays's for fresh fruit, veggies, or seafood. Centrally located in Los Angeles, you are less than 2 miles from the Metro rail, and only 15 minutes by car to the Venice beach, LAX, Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica.

It's a nice place and centrally located. Was great for me running around LA for meetings. Place is all good really, but the floors above are paper thin. Anyone walking you will hear. Talking, you will hear, not what they're saying but like Charlie Brown's teacher. It didn't bother me other than one morning, they were up early and woke me up and kept me up. If you're an early riser, then no worries, and I think was a decent deal and nice place otherwise.

The kitchen had everything we needed to put together a Korean feast. There was room in the larger bedroom for our daughter and son-in-law to put a rented pack-and-play for the baby, and the place was pretty baby-safe in general. Our son lives nearby and we all gathered for meals and board games on the coffee table. Having a washer and dryer was extremely handy. It was perfect!

Things were very clean and well decorated. Felt just like home! A lot of space in the 2BR/1BA. Very helpful that the bathroom had a lot of space as well so the 3 of us could all have things in the bathroom as necessary. Very good location to Sony Picture Studios and a very walkable area.

This is an INCREDIBLE apartment and a real hidden gem! If you need to stay close to downtown Culver City and Sony Studios, then this is the place for you. The host, Lateefah, was super communicative and always answered my questions within a few hours. Check-in/check-out was super simple and totally self-service with very clear instructions provided.The apartment is huge, with plenty of space to stretch out. Most importantly, it was spotlessly clean, with extra cleaning supplies provided. The bedrooms are comfortable and completely silent, but the host provided white noise machines and earplugs just in case a little sound came in! There is a mini-split climate control system in every room, meaning that each person can choose their ideal temperature and fan setting. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need if you want to cook a meal, and there are multiple grocery stores literally across the street. If you prefer to eat out, there's also several restaurants within walking distance. There's all sorts of little extras in the apartment to make it feel like home - everything from a yoga mat and weights to every streaming service on the smart TV.Overall, it was such a relief to return here at the end of each day, and I honestly wish we could have stayed longer, we felt so comfortable there! I will definitely book this place again when we come back next year.

The apartment was spacious, great for young kids, and conveniently situated in Culver City. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!Suggestions for improvement would be: 1) better lighting in the dining room and 2) access to a HEPA-rated air purifier given the air quality re: fires.

Great location with plenty of room to spread out and lots of amenities.

The kitchen, living and dining areas are very roomy with bright, natural light. The two bedrooms are quite large and included white noise machines, phone chargers, ear plugs in case guest is light sleeper, remotes for room air/fan control, closets with plenty of hangers. There was AMPLE hot water and great water pressure in the shower! There was a drip coffee pot, french press, and an electric kettle and there was good coffee in the tin on the kitchen counter. There is a washer and dryer that were also much appreciated. The neighborhood is a mix of residential and commercial buildings and felt safe. We had no issues parking an extra car on the street overnight for one evening.

Met expectations and our needs

My wife and I stayed in Culver City for a month to spend some time with our daughter who lived a 10 minute walk from the property. The place was big enough for us and we had a guest room we used several times. The place looked like the pictures and had a comfortable outdoor seating area in the back yard that we enjoyed in the morning. Overall the place met our needs and our expectations for a comfortable, bright place with high ceilings in good location. The property manager was responsive. Highly recommend

First Trii to LA

We brought our 10-year-old grandson to LA from Detroit and we all had a great time. The house was just perfect for the three of us and located near everything we wanted to do. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was well stocked with everything we would have needed. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom roomy…it was just great!

Perfect getaway!
