Welcome to our lovely house, located in the heart of Long Beach, California! With its modern style and ideal location just a few blocks from the beach, this is the perfect spot for your next Southern California vacation!

The house has been renovated with new furnishings, appliances, and décor throughout. You'll find all the comforts of home here, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a spacious living room where you can relax and unwind after a long day at the beach.

Speaking of the beach, it's just a short drive away from the house. You can enjoy the beautiful California sunshine, take a swim in the ocean, or go for a stroll along the boardwalk. And if you're looking for some great dining or shopping options, you'll find plenty of those within walking distance as well.

- Three bedrooms, each with a comfortable bed, plenty of closet space with hangers, and an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
- Room 3 features an office desk, perfect for working remotely or catching up on emails.
- Two full bathrooms, fully stocked with fresh towels, toothpaste and toothbrushes, Q-tips, dental floss, a hair curl iron, and a blow dryer.

Family reunion

A nice family house with 3 bedrooms, with enough bedspace for 7 people but no more. Convenient kitchen gadgets and game room amenities. Overall good, but the property could use an upgrade.

We had higher expectations about the place

Check-in code didn't work, and hosts were unreachable at the time we arrived. We had to stay at a hotel for first night, and the next day we received the right code. The host refunded the first night, but not exactly the amount including tax, fees and so on. Location is hard to find and parking is complicated, because not even one car will fit in the garage.Heating is using portable heaters and you need to use them at low setting otherwise the circuit breakers will pop. There's no hot water in the second washroom and on the first, the pressure is low. Also, there are not exactly 3 bedrooms as the 3rd one is the entrance of the house.Outdoor patio is nice. Last one - this is our fault not checking - but there's no dishwasher and you will need to wash them otherwise will be charged despite of very high cleaning fee.

House was a little hard to find, it was behind the house on the street. Had all the amenities we needed. Wish there was an extension cord in bedroom #2 so that electronics could be plugged in during the night. The outdoor back patio was a nice spot to gather.

Great spot for families

Check-in was a little rocky, but the host was responsive and solved the problem pretty quickly. This unit is really homey and comfortable, with a nice shaded outdoor patio and small yard. The game room (garage) is a nice addition if you have children in your group.

My overall stay was wonderful

My overall stay at the Seaside Serenity property was not a bad experience. The house was very clean and stocked with the essential items needed. My only issue was the codes given did not work for me. I did call the owner and was given an alternative code that worked to get in the house. I was never able to use the garage code to get in the garage. This is my only complaint everything else was wonderful.

Seaside Serenity

Nice home while attending our father/grandfather's 2-day funeral services. The host was helpful in replying to phone calls & messages & assisting us with the code to enter the home / Our concern/disappoint is that the listing is not accurate as displayed on the website / Bedroom 1 displays 3 twin beds (there is a daybed w/trundle). Fortunately we took an air mattress which we had to use in order to accommodate 10 guests / The game room was appealing and one of the reasons we booked Seaside Serenity. Our family was excited to use/play some of the games hoping to unwind after a stressful time of mourning / The listing displays the game room inside of the residence. Upon arrival after entering the entry code outside of the garage we learned that the game room was in the garage / The listing displays onsite parking options include a garage. We drove 2 vehicles from Ventura Co. to Long Beach (in the evening) with the anticipation that we could park a vehicle in the garage & one outside of the garage. To our surprise, we entered the garage and learned it has been converted to the game room. We drove around for approximately 45-60 minutes and could not find an area close to the home to park our 2nd vehicle. There is no public parking in the area. We then had to drive both our vehicles appx. 30 minutes to a relatives home & park our 2nd vehicle - and return back to the residence in our 1st vehicle / The home overall is nice and our host was helpful in assisting us. Thank you,
