California Guest House

This is a great property and close to shopping and dining. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great little escape from staying at hotels and other busy locations.

Absolutely loved our stay. Kind of a home away from home. So much thoughtfulness went into making this rental comfortable and we really appreciated the comfort, the quiet and the hospitality.

Very nice!

We enjoyed our stay, the property was clean when we arrived. It was just right for the 2 of us. We were visiting family, so we were close to them, good location, was quiet, would definitely recommend and stay there again

Property was very clean and quite. First time visiting the area and location was perfect for the iconic spots on a short trip. Would definitely come back if ever in the area again!

Convenient, quiet, and safe

This rental is very convenient if you are planning to go to museums, restaurants, hiking and museums. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe here.

Spectacular property!

My daughter and I stayed here while in town. Patrick was so kind and a great communicator. The property is cute, clean and has everything you need. I’d absolutely stay here again!

A lovely neighborhood! We appreciated having parking. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom. Patrick was great at letting us know everything. We enjoyed breakfasts on the outdoor patio set.

Fantastic & Cozy Stay, Great Location

I stayed at the guest house with my Mom and it was the perfect space for us. The bedroom is a good size & futon is super comfy - all the little details make great use of a small space without feeling cramped. We enjoyed being able to get to the main area of culver city for some good food very quickly & loved walking to mill cross just a few blocks away. Would stay again!

Culver City

After driving from Seattle for 2 weeks for our anniversary trip, it was good to get to a quiet private place for 3 nights. We were close enough to LA to do what we wanted to do and it made driving easy (no need to get on the freeway!). And the Sony Picture Studio tour was only a mile away. Great place to stay, great location. Thanks for letting us stay!

Perfect for 2-3 people

Very clean, renovated property in a nice quiet neighborhood. Nicely stocked with all kitchen items, beach towels, etc.. We really couldn’t have asked for more. The location is really good if you are planning on seeing a lot of LA - relatively short distances to many attractions, really easy to get to from the airport. It was exactly as described, and we would definitely stay here again!

Cozy guest house

The guest house is comfortable, cozy and quiet. We liked the central location between downtown and the beaches. Culver City offers plenty of delicious restaurants so we didn’t use the well stocked kitchen much, but appreciated the Pete’s coffee. Since we have a new car we also appreciated having off street parking. We hope to stay here next time we visit.

Lovely spot

Great property, nice outdoor area, modern kitchen, onsite laundry. The living room got hot in the afternoon sun, but there were lots of fans, and A/C in the bedroom. Perfect base of operations for exploring the LA area!
