Known for its tree-lined streets, classic California architecture, and relaxed neighborhood feel, Eagle Rock offers the perfect balance of local charm and easy access to the city's top attractions.



Just a short 5-minute walk away, you'll find neighborhood favorites along York Boulevard and nearby streets, including artisan coffee shops, bakeries, casual cafés, and popular local restaurants. Start your morning with coffee from Regent Coffee, grab breakfast from Bagel + Slice, or spend the afternoon exploring the independent boutiques, breweries, and eateries that make Eagle Rock and neighboring Highland Park such beloved destinations.

THINGS TO BE AWARE OF:

When you book your stay with us, every stay gives back. In partnership with Kind Traveler, your stay results in a $1 per night donation to support Wolf Connection. Through our community impact program, every $1 you contribute will go directly to supporting Wolf Connection. Additionally, Nonpareil Stays will match every $1 donated to the cause.



• All guests will be asked to complete their registration with an online check-in form and ID verification via the Guesty app. This is to ensure a safe stay for all guests and is required for property access.

• The cleaning fee of $375 is included in reservation total.

• This private home doesn't have bins large enough for excess trash that may accumulate during a stay. If you have a large gathering, catering, shopping that generates excessive trash that doesn't fit into the city's containers/bins, the guest is responsible for the additional charge to dispose of the trash. Photo documentation will be submitted and an additional fee of $230 charged to the guest will be processed through the Resolution Center for payment.

• Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x)

• Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent.

• We enforce a strict ban on parties of large groups as per the city of LA's law. However, small gatherings are welcome with pre-approval.
