$500 refundable hold placed before check-in, released after checkout if no damages occur.

🔍 **Lost & Found:**:
Shipping: $75 convenience fee + shipping fee.
Pick-up: Free but we will schedule it based on the cleaners availability.
Pick-up: Based on customer service $45 convenience fee

~ ❌ *Cancellations:*
A 4% credit card fee is non-refundable regardless of policy.

⚠️Important Booking Requirement:
The cardholder must be the person who makes the booking. If the booking is made by someone other than the cardholder, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that the 4% processing fee is non-refundable.

⚠️ Please note that in the City of Los Angeles, neighboring properties are permitted to carry out construction during the hours allowed by the city without providing advance notice to surrounding residents. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, and neighbors are not required to notify us before beginning construction.
# General House Rule:
~ Check in is NO earlier than 4:00 PM and check out is NO later than 11:00 AM.
~ Check in and check out time may change depending on the host`s verbal or written approval.
~ Do not unplug our smart devices such as; cameras, noise devices, wifi devices etc.
~ Do not move our furniture. If you have to, please put it back the way you found it.
~ Do not litter around the neighborhood.
~ Third party booking must be disclosed explicitly.
~ For any violation listed in our additional house rules, we may charge a fee ranging from $300-$1000 depending on our cost or losses.

# Booking Requirements:
~ We send a questionnaire to guests after booking to help ensure the property meets your expectations.
~ Access codes will only be shared once the questionnaire has been completed.

# Things to note:
~ Any house rule violations will be subject to cancellation with a refund based on our cancellation policy. We will be reasonable as much as possible to make this an overall great stay between the both of us.

# HVAC rules:
~ Please do not put the AC temp below 69 degrees as it may freeze up the pipes. This will cause the AC not to function well and may cause a leak in the drain pipes.

# Pet Rules
All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed before check-in.
Otherwise, we`ll reserve the right to terminate the booking following our cancellation policy.

We are pet-free home and bringing pets is 100% not allowed in our home.
