Home at Alamitos Yacht Club- the Peninsula. Our Brand new home was fully remodeled in 2023 and designed with luxury touches throughout. This 3 Bedroom 4 Bath home has a private attached garage with parking for 2 cars, A Large Rooftop Deck with 360 views of the ocean and bay, a BBQ, a Kitchen with State of the Art Appliances, and a Primary Suite with oversized Shower and his and her walk-in closets. This home is without a doubt one of the nicest and most private vacation homes on the Long Beach Peninsula!

Located just steps from the water and Alamitos Yacht Club, this unique home is an architectural work of art that has been thoughtfully redesigned over the past year. The home has been designed to maximize its prime location in one of Southern California's most desirable areas. Embodying the ideal of "beach luxury meets soft contemporary. Spanning almost 2,000 sq. ft. of living space and situated with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms across 4 levels. For those of you looking to spread out and enjoy your own space, this is the home for you!

Level 1
Please enter through the front door or the garage into our home where brand new floors will greet you. Walk left into our bonus room which boasts a queen-sized bed, a Bunk Bed with (2) Singles, and an ensuite bathroom, Perfect for families.

Level 2
Make your way up to the Second floor, where you will be welcomed by the open-concept living room with Balcony and Kitchen with a dry bar for Coffee and Wine. The living room features a cozy couch with an indoor fireplace and a 55-inch TV. The Kitchen has all brand new state-of-the-art appliances including an automated Microwave that opens as a drawer at the touch of a button. The Wolf Oven and Stovetop are perfect for those who love to cook. To the right of the kitchen is our home's 1st bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom.

Level 3
On the third floor, you will find both bedroom 2 the primary suite, and bedroom 3. The Primary Suite is equipped with (1) king-sized bed its own Dry Bar and an En-Suite bathroom with a dual sink/vanity, an oversized Shower, and His/Hers walk-in closets. Bedroom 3 features a queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, and the home's Laundry area.

Level 4
On the 4th floor, you will find our Oversized Rooftop Deck. Our expansive rooftop deck is a main highlight of the property as you can see 360-degree views of the ocean and bay with Downtown Long Beach in the Distance. You will also find a Gas BBQ as well as an outdoor dining Area w/ Market Lights for ambiance.

HOME LOCATION

Located just steps from the Beach AND Alamitos Bay! This property is only a few minutes from the dining and shopping of Second Street in Belmont Shore, as well as Naples Island, and 2nd&PCH you are never far from the action.

From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, Naples Island, or the beach path to Downtown Long Beach along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, and Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all within a 2-15 minute walk, you will never need to travel far.

For those seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures depart from Downtown Long Beach. Kayak Rental and Stand up paddle boarding is available on the Bayside

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:

- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.

-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.

- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.

- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later-than-advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.

- Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation.

- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- City of Long Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
- No Rooftop Access after 10 pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- You are provided 2 Parking Spots in the two-car garage. Mid-Sized SUVs and compact cars are recommended.

Modern Retreat in Long Beach

Our family of all ages loved our long weekend stay at this beautiful modern beach retreat! The hosts were very thoughtful and beyond accommodating in their set up. The finishes and appliances were modern and high end! We loved the quietness of the neighborhood but also proximity to the beach and dining and shopping on 2nd street. There was also plenty of space to enjoy each other’s company but also sizable rooms for privacy and plenty of closet space!! We loved the view of the harbor from the living room and suite, and the roof even had a view of the ocean on the other side of the peninsula. Super walkable neighborhood and we felt safe!
