• Strict NO SMOKING and NO PARTYING policy throughout the property
• Violation of the policy may result in eviction and a penalty of up to $1,000
• No Parties: Enjoy our space quietly. Parties and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited out of consideration for neighbors.
• No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment or building premises for the health and comfort of all guests.
• At check-in, guests must present a valid government-issued ID that matches the name on the reservation as part of verification procedures
• Respectful Treatment: Treat the apartment with care as if it were your own. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
