Welcome to the Hollywood Bowl Loft! This open space is well designed with high ceilings, remodeled chic bathroom, new carpeting & modern touches. Stainless steel kitchen appliances from microwave, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, plus Keurig coffee maker, electric tea kettle and toaster. It offers the best of comfort & chic living. It's in a gated building with indoor parking in a bustling walking Hollywood neighborhood near Melrose, Beverly Hills, and Universal Studios.

This property is professionally managed by iTrip Los Angeles.

There are a set stairs to enter the unit from the garage and inside the home for the loft area. If you have small children or mobility issues, this home is not ideal for you.

HOUSE RULES:

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of Los Angeles Home Sharing Dept. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.

* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid Photo ID required from all Adult Guests.

* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am

MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Vacations Hollywood in writing prior to the arrival date.

NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.

QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 7 am. No Outdoor Music during this time. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.

NO SMOKING $200 Fine

NO PETS

NO access to mailbox or having mail or packages sent to the property.

Please fully shut off AC/Heat and lock all doors when leaving the home or not in use.

* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.

Great location for a visit to Hollywood
We really enjoyed the setup, atmosphere, and walkability of the location. It was great to have a quiet space to retreat to after a day on the town. We hope to book this again the next time we are in the area!

Not our best VRBO stay
The place was not as clean as we would’ve liked. There was hair in the shower, stains on the furniture and a filthy carpet. The whole place smelled liked a musty attic. We opened the sliding glass doors for some fresh air but was unable to get rid of the smell. I think the smell must have been in the dirty carpet or furniture. The advertisement said it slept six. We were a family of four and found the place not able to accommodate even four. There is a queen bed, a full bed and an air mattress. The problem was there was not enough linens for four people. The air mattress had one pillow with it. The pillow had a big stain on it so we couldn’t use it. There was one spare blanket but that had stains and hair on it so we refused to use that. We ended up having to purchase an extra blanket and pillow. The location was perfect but sadly this was not one of our favorite VRBOs.

Heart of Hollywood
My kids and I loved the close walk to Hollywood Blvd, short drive to the Hollywood sign, and close proximity to Universal Studios. Very easy to navigate the neighborhood and surrounding attractions. A great place to stay to get a taste of Hollywood.
