Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. FULLY EQUIPPED and a few minutes away from major freeways (605, 105, and 5), major attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants, parks, bars and so on.
This guest house is located 13 miles- Disneyland & the beach (Long Beach), 8 miles- Knott's Berry Farm,15 miles- Anaheim Convention center.
For your accommodation, we provide:
-A 65 inch TV in living room with Wi-Fi ready.
-new toaster, coffee pot with filter, coffee, microwave, new set of dishes with utensils and so on.
Don't judge a book by its cover. On the outside, the home looks like your typical neighborhood house, but on the inside, it was completely updated to meet your expectations of a cozy, clean charming rental. over all aesthetically pleasing.

It looks like the owner is newer to the vacation rental business so maybe some of these things are already on his to do list? The little house itself is aesthetically pleasing. The exterior of the property is not what I expected and the parking situation is less than ideal. I guess it's a street parking situation but was unaware of that until after. Some things to be aware of before renting this property, the fridge isn't full sized,there is no dishwasher, tv is difficult to use and there is no printed house info like in most vrbos I've rented. I could deal with all of that but the lack of AC was a real bummer. It was too hot to sleep comfortably. I think with a dishwasher and an ac unit this could be a nice little rental.

Completely unexpected and unsatisfactory.

Do not let the descriptions 'aesthetically pleasing' and 'clean' mislead you. Only on the surface, and on the internet pictures. The inside is filthy. We would not use the coffee pot, filthy. We would not sit on the couch. On top and under the cushion, filthy. We would NEVER have taken a shower. The plastic liner was not only filthy, but unhealthy, with pink and black mold. The street parking was 5 to 6 blocks away. We could not get the Wi-Fi to work, just needed it to find another place to stay. We had booked 4 nights. We stayed the first night ONLY because the bedding looked and smelled clean, and it was late. We left the next day and had to find other accommodations. We have pictures to support our review. We would never recommend staying here.

Definitely not recommended

I reached out to the owner in advance to verify that we were booked and no response. I called at 1:30 (2 pm check in) to get information on obtaining a key, no answer. At 1:59 he text the code, that’s it. I pull up to the home and since it’s a guest house, maps doesn’t recognize it so we drive in a circle for about 40 minutes, I called the owner, no response. When I finally found the home it was gated. Once again I called to ask how we get in, no answer, I text as well and no response. I finally just jumped over and figured out how to get in, he text me “just walk in” at 945 PM.. there is a 2 car parking spots garage area so we assumed that would be for us, WRONG! We parked in the covered spot just to get a knock on the door at 7 am telling us to move. When we came back from our night out they were two vehicles parked in the spot blocking us from parking anywhere so we had to park about a mile away on the street and walk. When we walked into the home we realized that someone had entered because I purposely left a light on in the bedroom knowing we’d come back late. The house it self was cute, but the tv had a line down the middle, and the remote didn’t work on the tv, the couch was ripped and had a stain on it, looked very worn, there was a pack of coffee and some creamers but the creamers were expired so had to throw my cup of coffee out. The little fridge didn’t get cold so the waters and cheese we put in it were not cold at all and no TP in bathroom.
