Garden oasis - 4 bedroom home centrally located

Relax indoors or out at this lush garden home equipped with spacious deck and pergola, overlooking a soothing koi pond and waterfall.

The front and back have been lovingly landscaped with exotic flowers and fruits and there are ample spaces to enjoy the California lifestyle.

Inside the charming, just-remodeled Spanish style house there are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lovely open-concept dining room and kitchen and bright living room.

15 min to LAX
10 min to SoFi Stadium
10 min to The Forum
The space
The newly remodeled house is clean and comfortable with an upgraded kitchen and new washer/dryer.

The master bedroom has a four-poster king bed, bedrooms 2 & 3 have luxurious queen beds and bedroom 4 has a full bed.

The master bedroom has en en-suite full bathroom and the other bedrooms share a modern full bath with beautiful tile and glass shower.

There’s high-speed wifi and an internet-connected TV with Netflix and other entertainment apps.

In the bedrooms various photography, fiction and non-fiction books are available.

There’s a large trex deck with pergola and vines for shade in the back. Feel free to snack on passion fruit, tomatoes, peppers and herbs from the garden.

The back deck overhangs the pond full of gorgeous Japanese Koi. Feel free to feed the fish (but only the special koi food in the labeled jar), they’ll eat out of your hands

Behind a screen of African vines there’s a greenhouse full of orchids, feel free to take a look, but don’t cut any flowers please!

The gardener comes 2x per week to mow, tend the garden and keep the pond and stream fresh and maintained.

Interesting exterior ( a lot of wild foliage in front of the property which camouflages the front but great neat rooms, kitchen, and baths. A hidden little jewel in an area where there are very few places available. Close to main thoroughfares, So Fi and Crypto Stadiums and shopping. This home is in an established well kept neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at the Garden Oasis. The privacy the plants allow is a nice touch. The location isn’t typical or close to tourist attractions but it is close to our family who lives in south LA so it was perfect for us! The house was clean and modern as shown in the pictures.

Great Property, great location for sofi, intuit, youtube theater. Location made it easy to get settled in after flight and convenient for our events. Property was clean and stocked with the necessities plenty of room for our group of four. Garden and koi pond in backyard was cool for winding down.

We fell in love with this house. It is truly an oasis. The garden is inviting enough to make you want to stay there the whole time. We loved the neighborhood and felt safe all the time. The fruit trees are beautiful as well as the hummingbirds and butterflies. There are many restaurants around. We will definitely come back if we are in LA.

Home was average. It wasn’t super clean, but not bad either. The entire place had been redone with flooring and paint and everything that made it nice but it had a funny smell and we just couldn’t quite feel cozy. The parking was narrow and with our big suv it caused some issues, the shrubs just need to be trimmed back for space there. The master bed was too firm for us but our kids said the other beds were comfortable. Having laundry was great. Also there was no soap for washing hands and I wish I’d known that beforehand. It’s not in a great area, but once inside we felt safe enough. You get what you pay for and we appreciated the affordability of this home for our big family of 7.

DO NOT STAY HERE

The grounds are unkept. They do not maintenence the property. Its not in a good area. Its not secure safety wise. The place was over run with trash and dirty dishes. The beds were just made and not changed from the last guests. There was food underneath the beds and the shower was filthy. The walls were crumbling. No tv. Cleaning staff came they were very rude and belligerent. They showed up with their kids to the house. The owner is local and wouldn't come by the house. NEVER EVER STAY HERE!!!

Amazing house and gardens, awesome host

Checkin was a breeze and the house was pristine and ready for my stay. The gardens are lush and full of butterflies, they’re like a Disney scene over the cute pond with fish. John was friendly, accommodating and a good communicator 10/10 would stay again

An Amazing Place to Stay!!

I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I saw the property. The interior and exterior of the home are so beautiful. I enjoyed the backyard, especially the koi pond and all of the exotic flowers. The host is very communicative and accomadating as well. I highly recommend this home, especially if you are looking to connect with nature and beauty.

Out Knott's Berry Farm vacation

It was a once in a lifetime experience for my family's first time in California. The house was amazing everything was where it needed to be it was clean if I make it back to LA I would want to stay there again. The cleanliness of the house was perfect the ease of checking in and checking out was fantastic. The koi pond in the backyard was a bonus my kids loved looking at the fish. I would rate this place at 10 out of 10 my 4-year-old and my 8 year old didn't want to leave the house they wanted to stay longer. If I had to rate this on scale of 1 to 10 I'd give it a 12 thanks for the experience of letting us stay my family loved it. Thanks VRBO without this app I would have never found this place.

Perfect house for my family!

This house is VERY clean, well stocked with toiletries and basic kitchen supplies and very comfortable for larger groups. Everything was straightforward for check in and out, and we could not be more comfortable! Not to mention the nice backyard! I would definitely recommend this to others, and would gladly stay there for future trips. (They were even nice enough to let us check on a bit early so we did not have to drive around with a ton of luggage.)

True Garden Oasis

I love the outdoors so the backyard was my go to haven. I Came to celebrate my birthday with my family that live in the Santa Monica area so this was perfect. Not far from the airport and a nice quiet neighborhood.

Gorgeous and wonderful home!

My friends/family booked this house for the weekend so we had somewhere to stay for attending a red carpet world premier for a Japanese show. We had an absolute blast at the event and got to come home every day to this wonderful property. The front and back yard are completely stunning! The green vegetation, nature, and koi fish matched the description and pictures of the house perfectly. So many different species of flowers and other plants! The inside was also great and met our needs perfectly. Comfy furniture/bedrooms, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the layout was super open and welcoming. Check in and out were very simple and I always had super quick response time with the owner. I highly recommend staying at this home! My friends/family and I will for sure always remember our stay here! :)
