    Amplia terraza privada con barbacoa que da a las colinas y tiene sillas exteriores para comer y descansar.
    El apartamento está en la planta baja de una casa privada al final de un callejón sin salida y se accede por una escalera exterior. Hay espacio para 1 estacionamiento fuera de la calle. Este es un barrio muy seguro y tranquilo. Desayuno: café, té, 1/2 y 1/2, azúcares variadas, muffins / barras de granola

The view from the deck is wonderful, birds singing, flowers lightly perfuming the air, truly awesome in a big, bustling city. The inside is great as well, tastefully and comfortably furnished and decorated. If you’re considering this space, it will probably exceed your expectations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here during the 5 nights we were in Los Angeles. It was clean and comfortable and in a perfect location for anything we wanted to go do. It was quiet and a welcome respite from our busy days out in LA, and we both slept well! In addition, it has a wonderful outdoor deck to sit and relax and enjoy a great view. Christine was a wonderful host and kept in touch to make sure we were comfortable. We would definitely return here the next time we are in LA.

Cute and spacious

For a one bedroom, this rental has a lot of living space. The bathroom was huge and the shower had excellent water pressure. Everything was spotless! I would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable stay in Eagle Rock

We especially loved the deck. The kitchenette is a bit limited, and getting luggage up and down the winding steps is a little tough, but the place is otherwise really nice. Comfortable bed, efficient layout, helpful host, good location.

Great guest house on a beautiful property

This is a beautiful, clean, well-equipped little spot! The view from the deck is heavenly. Christine was an excellent host and left us with very clear instructions and made sure we had what we needed. Recommended!

Great location, very clean and quiet

It was just as advertised. Beautiful views from the deck—especially as the sun was going down. Great location for us. The neighborhood was very quiet, which made the stay also pleasant. Christine was very easy to communicate with and nice to chat with also.

It was quiet and comfortable. Parking was easy and the unit had everything I needed. Things to cook with, dishes, entertainment, and space for all my things for the week and easy check in. Christine was very gracious and kind. Will come back again.

Great stay

Two nights with lovely views, a huge deck, and a spacious unit and bathroom. Christine and Winston are delightful. It was perfect for us because we were always eating out (it's not a full kitchen) and if you're going to be around to enjoy the deck you'll love it even more.

It was exactly as described. As I anticipated it was a little tight for big people and the many stairs led to a beautiful view. The host was very easy to communicate with.

We had a great stay here. Christine was super friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk with. This unit was super clean and stocked with everything you should need other than food. The neighbors were very friendly as well. The unit was beautiful, cozy and comfortable. Thanks Christine!

Comfort and Privacy at a Great Price

I was in town for one week to visit family and needed a place to crash and have my morning coffee. This small apartment was perfect! It is a little gem. The deck has a lovely view and is so peaceful. What's more, Christine is a perfect host. She made sure I had everything I needed and that my stay was comfortable. I would definitely return to Christine's little apartment with a view.

Our home away from home

Located right in the middle of anything you do. I always enjoy staying with Christine when we visit family. Everything we need is there, PLUS that deck with such a fabulous view! It’s so relaxing. Schedule time to stay in a day to experience where you’re paying to stay.

Relaxing Retreat

After a busy day in LA it was wonderful to come back to a comfortable place to stay. Nicely decorated with everything you need, and Christine couldn’t have been nicer!

I made this arrangements for out of town visitors that I was not able to accommodate at my own home. They were very comfortable and enjoyed their stay very much and I'm glad I was able to find such a great back up.

More Than I Expected

Christine was an awesome host. Super friendly and great communication. Her property was described perfectly. It was clean and modestly decorated. The neighborhood was gorgeous and quiet. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks again for a terrific stay in Eagle Rock.

Location, Quiet, Safe, Clean, Deck

Perfect location for us. Very safe, quiet and clean. Loved the deck. Nice sized bathroom, lots of amenities provided. Would definitely stay again. Three minor issues: 1) couches have no legs and sat very close to floor (need very sturdy knees). 2) lighting could be improved in LR - very dark. No reading lamp. 3) Even though several people liked the Murphy bed, we found ,it hard as a rock. Thanks Christine!

We had a short, yet wonderful stay at the Hillside apartment. The apartment is every bit as advertised and then some. Christine is genuinely caring to make sure we had the best experience possible. Would definitely choose this property again.
