You will be 10 blocks from the beach and a few miles from downtown, the convention center and Belmont Shores. Funky restaurants, shops, and the Arts Theater can be found just a few blocks in the trendy Vintage Row. The area is in process of re-gentrification, but it's a work still on process. Some of our guests find that it is a bit edgy, others are not bothered at all and appreciate the diversity.

While the street is mostly residential there is traffic going by and the condo is on the ground floor which means it can be hear the traffic and street noise from inside the condo. If you are a light sleeper or need quiet this condo may not be for you.

PET POLICY:

Pets are welcome, we want to provide a place for you and your pet though the pet policies are very strict. Let's keep the condo pet friendly by abiding by these policies.

1. The pet will stay on the floor and OFF all furniture.

2. The pet can only be left alone in the condo if they are crated.

3. You will be expected to clean up after your pet. Inside, this mean the hair should be swept up. Outside you are expected to pick up and dispose of the dropping. This is common practice in Long Beach so as a guest here you will want to do likewise.

If we discover that the pet was on the furniture there is an extra cleaning fee $10 per night of your stay. Thank you for cooperating.
