Charming front house located in Long BeachLocated in Long Beach, only 10 minutes away from the city of LA, this energetically efficient modern style property is equipped with the best amenities and a stylish decor. There’s a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The back patio and front gate are shared with up to 7 guests from the back house.
- Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed with smart TV (there is no AC in this bedroom)
- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed (there is no AC in this bedroom)
- Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed with en suite bathroom and mini-split AC
This villa features a cute dining space with an open living room. The kitchenette, connected to the living room, makes the space practical, loft-style and spacious. The outdoor space is also lovely, surrounded by vegetation, making a perfect place to gather with friends and family.

- Smart & energetically efficient home

- 15 minutes away from the beach
Services & Common areas:
- The kitchenette only has a stove, there is no oven or microwave.
- The fireplace is only decorative.
- Please note there is another house on the same lot so you’ll be sharing the entrance and the patio with other guests.
- Free street parking on premises.
Guest Access:
- Full access to the private 3 bedroom/2 bath front house.
- Access to the patio which is shared with up to 7 guests who rent the back house.
Other Things to Note:
- We want our guests to feel comfortable and have a safe stay. There is one security camera located at the front entrance facing outside and one by the backhouse entrance, recording 24/7.
Policies:
- Make sure to thoroughly read and understand our cancellation policy before booking. The refund amount is determined by our policy. You can find it at the bottom of the listing.
-Check-ins are only available between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Our team is only available during these hours to assist with any issues that may come up, so in order to offer you the best experience, check-in outside of these set of hours will be not authorized.
- If you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us and we will check availability. Please keep in mind that early check-in/check-out cannot be guaranteed, and that there is an extra charge.
- Delivery of packages before check-in/arrival is not permitted. The host is not responsible or liable for the acceptance, damage, or loss of any mail, packages, or other deliveries sent to the property.
Home rules:
- Please be sure you have added the correct number of guests in order to see the correct price. Additional overnight guests won’t be authorized.
- We care about respecting the local rules and being outstanding members of the community, so music and/or loud noises are not allowed at any time. We have a noise detector located in the living room and one in the patio to only measure decibels and detect higher than normal levels of noise so you can avoid any disagreement with neighbors and/or the city hall.
- Enforcing the same city rules, there are quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am
