Amazing Views Studio located in Burbank, CA. Views of the city and mountains. New furniture. Accommodates 1 guest. Near shops, restaurants, grocery stores, WARNER BROS, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS HOLLYWOOD. Queen bed and Sofa. Wifi. Roku. Breath taken views of the city lights and mountains. Lovely fist floor private entrance. Very comfortable and peaceful environment. Kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, electric 2 burner, a blender and a toaster.

No-smoking inside or outside near the property.
This is a non-smoking apartment, non-smoking porch and non-smoking facility.
- No other people is allowed in the facility other than the registered guest.
- No animals of any kind allowed in this property. Next door neighbors in this building allergic to all kind of animal hair.

This view of LA from the mountain cannot be beat! Great walking in the neighborhood but be aware moderate-to-steep slopes. 0.5 miles to Burbank downtown area, but very steep. I walked down but took Lyft back up due to heat. The apt is perfect for 1 or a couple. Tiny bathroom with step up. Great water pressure. Microwave, refrigerator, dishes, nice closet and dresser. I loved it! Glitch with check in as the wrong info was posted on VRBO. But Irma returned my call immediately and sent me the correct info and I had a lovely stay.

The walls are very thin and I heard the voices of other occupants late into the night making it nearly impossible to sleep. On top of that the motor of the mini-fridge revved up cyclically throughout the night and early morning waking me up over and over again. I started my long work day with swollen eyes, brain fog, and feeling really grouchy. When I politely provided my feedback to Irma she never responded. The property is attractive and in a lovely neighborhood. If you don't need sleep, perhaps you'd enjoy a stay there.

The response time was nearly immediate for questions. The home was easy to get to with clear instructions for arrival and departure. The place was perfect for my friend and I to stay for a few days. We were never there during the day due to the many activities to do in the area, but it was great to come back to a home with a beautiful view at night.

Perfect Getaway

Irma's studio is the perfect getaway tucked in the hills of burbank. The studio is extremely cozy and is located near many shops, restaurants and the airport. Irma was very easy to deal with and extremely polite. I would recommend this place to anyone and I look forward to returning!

Beautiful View

We so enjoyed spending Thanksgiving week in a darling studio in the hills overlooking Burbank, with views across to the city. Comfortable for one or two. The owners are wonderfully sweet and caring. We will be back again soon!

Perfect Quiet Location

We were in LA to visit Universal Studios & we're so happy that while there we did not have to use the freeway system. The park, Hollywood sign, restaurants and grocery stores were all close & convenient using city streets. The studio was super clean and cozy. The bedding was so soft it was heavenly! Thank you Irma!
