Què no li ha agradat: Comoditats, estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
This was my first and last experience with Expedia. I cant say i have ever been more disappointed with a transaction or a company as a whole.
Where should I begin? No Front Desk staff, when i arrived I was told to call someone to check in. I felt like I was a baited and switched. They call it "Brimmfield Stay" but it was just somones home they attempted to convert to a hotel with "rooms". While i entered the home this asian lady that spoke very little english said to call the number to check in. I called after several tries and once i did call a man told me to check my email for a confirmation which I never received, i even double checked my junk and spam folder to no avail. He then requested i said a photo of my identification which i sent and after 20 minutes +never heard a response from him despite checking in at the designated timeframe. I was exhausted at this point but while inside this home a domestic dispute was occuring and a male and female were assaulting each other.
I wanted to call the police but I decided to just leave before I personally was in harms way. I texted the Brimmfield Stay number to let them know i cancel because of everything leading up to that point. I called Expedia letting them know that I never was able to check in and of the assault in progress and they told me there was nothing i could do. I let them know that i had purchased insurance which would allow me to cancel the reservation at no charge which they did not oblige.
