- Only a starter kit is provided to the guests in terms of essentials. If you’ll need me more, it’ll have to be at your expense.
- We offer mid-stay clean for the same rate as your cleaning fee. This includes standard cleaning, changing of linens, disinfection and re-supplying the starter kit.

Before making a reservation, we would like to inform you that our maintenance team conducts regular visits to perform tasks such as “servicing the pool”, `taking out the trash`, `watering the grass` etc. Basically anything to maintain the house in a good condition.

- Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.
