You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Please make sure no smoking and no parties, no events, no yelling, no shouting, do not disturbing the neighbors. If it is discovered that you have started a parties or events, your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave.
