Relaxing deck with views of the Los Altos Hills, close hiking at Rancho San Antonio State Park. 10-30 minutes from Stanford, Apple, Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Sand Hill Road. Great for families and traveling professionals. Three workstations with monitors, keyboards and mice. Toys, trampoline and books available for children. Close to downtown Los Altos and downtown Mountain View.

This is a beautiful, quiet home in Los Altos, surrounded by trees with lovely views of the nearby hills. It’s clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with a great kitchen, showers, patio, and plenty of games, books, and fast internet. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive, making our stay enjoyable.

This is a chef's kitchen stocked with top-of-the-line cooking tools, spices and equipment. The neighborhood is perfect for quick walks and longer hikes to explore the many trails in the neighborhood and in the hills.

Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed a comfortable stay in this well appointed Los Altos home. It was perfect for our family as we were able to spread out throughout the three level home and everyone had their own bedroom space. We particularly enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and the views of the trees from every window.

Great for family

Excellent space for our family of 7. Great location. Nice to have lots of twin bed options for our 4 kids. The trampoline was a hit, and lots of toys for kids. Would recommend.

The kitchen as well as the entire house was more than fully equipped. It was clean, compact, but spacious due to the way it was laid out. The home was an amazing mix of the best of home and the most luxurious hotel!! There was room for my family of 4 and our two cats. It was an amazing find and we are so appreciative of the care, the communications, and the luxury of our stay. Many thanks!! We'd stay here again given the need or even for a lovely get away!! The host was super responsive, helpful, and kind.

This is a wonderful, unique home with many amenities. It's well stocked and comfortable. The location is nice and close to shopping. The bathtub wasn't working during our stay. Otherwise everything was in fine working order.

Highly Recommend!

We had an excellent stay! The property was super clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location—close to I-280 and just a few miles from restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen had everything we needed, making it so easy to cook meals. The dedicated workspaces with large monitors were a huge bonus for getting work done during our stay, and the strong Wi-Fi was much appreciated. The view of trees from the living room's large windows was absolutely lovely and made the space feel so relaxing. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Excellent support and a wonderful house and location

We were lucky to find Winding Way just in time. The house is well architected and a lot of fun. Only note from one more sensitive member of the family: it is acoustically “live” in the living room, with sound reflecting off walls and ceiling, but this wasn’t noticed by others. The location is perfect for getting around: fast freeway access and counter-commute traffic. Owner is helpful, thoughtful, and resourceful. Would rent again, highly recommended.

Great House for a Family!

Beautiful home, very well appointed. Perfect for a family or group (like a girls' weekend or reunion). Kitchen well stocked, furniture in good shape, nice yard. Easy access to freeway and charming local downtown. Small glitch with door entry system resolved right away because owner was super responsive. Only issue worth noting is that the VRBO page for this property shows it as having a hot tub. It does not. If that's important to you, please note. Bottom line: lovely place-- would stay again.

We loved Los Altos and this spacious well equipped home! Peaceful, green backyard with a pretty view. plenty of space for sleeping. I was like a cat each afternoon-enjoying a nap in the sunlight on one of the family room window seats!
