They are supposed to change the towels and take out the trash, but no one showed up to do it. We had to take our towels down to the laundry to exchange towels. And we left our garage bags in ...

What a incredible hotel. Rooms were clean, bed pretty comfortable. Check in had very long line, few check in agents, and did take awhile, but was worth it. The room did not look the same as the one I booked, it was dirty, Hazzard concerns for families with kids, the open air hallways could blow a kid away of how strong the wind was. The odor was so bad and unit was so dirty, we ended up not staying there.
