L'Hacienda - Villa Climatisée avec Piscine
Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is pleased to offer this air-conditioned, single-storey, character Provencal villa in a peaceful setting, with a swimming pool in Lorgues, France. With a floor area of 250 m², it can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises an 85 m² living room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms including a master suite with bath and washbasin, and two shower rooms, one of which is located in the annex (summer kitchen) adjoining a 25 m² bedroom. You can also enjoy the 4,000 m² garden. Wi-Fi included we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- An 85 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and open kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: master suite with king-size bed (180×200), storage space and open-plan bathroom (with bath and washbasin).
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) and storage space
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190) and storage space
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200) and storage space
- Shower room
- Two separate WCs
- Bedroom 5: in the annex with a double bed (140×190), a shower room and an adjoining toilet (not air-conditioned).
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, iron.
Exterior:
- A 13×6 m swimming pool (private, unheated), open from July 1 to August 31.
- 120 m² south-facing terrace with summer kitchen
- A 4,000 m² garden (private and enclosed) with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Lorgues, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops are nearby.

- Picturesque village of Lorgues approx. 5 min (4.4 km) by car
- Sanctuaire Notre-Dame de Grâces approx. 31 min (23.7 km) by car

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the villa's courtyard (up to 4 vehicles).
