This lovely Mexican Villa comes furnished with high-end amenities with attention to detail to enhance your Loreto Bay experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home; coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, along with beautiful stainless steel appliances. In addition this villa has laundry units for your convenience. This 3BR villa has two master bedrooms with high quality king size beds and in-suite bathrooms with colorful handcrafted sinks. The third bedroom on the lower level has a queen size bed with an adjacent bathroom. All of the bedrooms are equipped with TVs with either a DVD player or streaming TV channels, and Wifi throughout. The main living room area has a large flat screen TV with both streaming TV and a DVD player. Sink yourself into the large comfortable “L” shaped quality couch with pull-out bed. In the dining area you will find a beautiful oversized dining room table which comfortably can accommodate up to eight guests or more. Need to stay up on work? Sit yourself at the beautifully crafted old world wooden desk situated just off the living room area. The total space surrounds a colorful tropical garden so you can enjoy the scenery throughout your stay. On the second floor terrace you will find a BBQ and lounge area to enjoy your favorite beverage while you take in one of the best views of the Sierra de la Giganta mountain range, and don't forget to venture up to the third floor tower where the views get even better.

This Founders Neighborhood villa is built of 14-inch thick adobe exterior walls and is conveniently located in the heart of the village of Loreto Bay, a two minute walk to the wine bar, restaurants, main pool, coffee shop, local convenience store, hotel and of course the peaceful Sea of Cortez. You will find the village to be friendly and very secure with 24/7 security. Loreto Bay has an 18-hole David Duval Golf course, with the villa being steps away from the 10th fairway. There are many activities to enjoy while you stay at this villa including snorkeling (equipment included), golf, whale watching, fishing, island day trips, hiking, biking, ATV rentals, wonderful restaurants and much more.

The house itself is lovely; Loreto Bay is wonderful. The amenities were not as described or pictured. The water was turned off during our stay as the landlord did not pay the water bill; this was stressful, and there was no response for many hours. There is no manager, as the owner manages it himself and does not check the communication. The upper patio furniture was close to unusable due to its state of disrepair. We dealt with a plugged toilet and plugged sinks during our stay. For a home that sleeps 8 people, there are only 2 comfortable lounge chairs, and no beach chairs were provided. We asked and did receive beach chairs for the 2nd week of our stay. We will never rent from him again. The bed was comfortable, and having 2 king beds was great. Overall, it was disappointing, and we will never book with him again. We come to Loreto annually, and this was our only unpleasant experience.

Great price and location for up to 8 people. The bikes were definitely a plus. Dean even located us a bassinet for our grandson that was staying in the casa next to us and gave recommendation for fishing guide. Our group caught 4 yellowtail during our stay, guide delivered fish to Bueno Vida that prepared a wonderful meal of shashimi, ceviche and fish tacos! We all had a great time

Wonderful place!

We love this house! We’ve stayed twice now and it has everything we need. We are a family of 5 with 2 teens and a 10 yr old. Both times we’ve visited, we’ve had grandparents with us.The accommodations are clean and comfortable. Our family’s FAVORITE feature is the mature green space in the courtyard which attracts loads of birds, including hummingbirds. The terrace is great for relaxing and taking in the views.We love how walkable everything is, from the pool, to the beach, to the markets and restaurants. We will be back!

Great location, very responsive host

We had an amazing stay at Casa Jardin Azul. The layout of the home was perfect for our group. The house had everything we needed. Any questions we had, Dean was able to answer within minutes if not seconds. I've never had a host as responsive as Dean.

We have stayed at 7 properties in the neighborhood. It is as advertised. There were problems with water and plumbing on 2 days but they were rectified. The house has everthing one needs. The big thing for me is that I thought it needs better lighting. I like to read in the evening and there are no lamps to provide enough light. And it needs a std size coffee pot. Good location.

Great location, nice layout, well provisioned, needs some tlc

We liked the layout of the unit. The second floor was great and had a nice view of the sunset over the golf course/ mountains. Loreto town is great authentic Mexico. The unit has a number of minor maintenance issues needing attention. Golf course has great layout, but poorly kept, has raised their rates and had my wallet stolen - so beware.

Wonderful Loreto Vacation

We loved this charming casa. Colorful, clean, beautiful tile throughout. Comfortable furnishings. The Founders Neighborhood is quiet, welcoming. We felt very safe walking to the little cafes, market, the community pool. All of the landscaping and stone walkways add to the beauty of this sweet vacation spot. Lovely rooftop porch for viewing the night stars and enjoying a glass of wine. only a few minutes drive to the airport or town of Loreto to enjoy various restaurants. We would absolutely choose this place again.

Terrible !!!!!

My family’s vacation was cut short by the toilet continuously backing up spewing feces throughout the master bedroom! I reported this to the property manager and they did nothing about it for over a week. They just left the poop on the floor Until I contacted vrbo then they finally sent someone to fix it. Aside from that the AC makes a terrible noise when running for more the ten minutes. The bed in the master bedroom was also broken for a week before they came to fix it. Terrible maintenance on this home and even worst customer service. I stay in loreto bay often, there are plenty of great homes in the area that are clean and well maintained. THIS HOME IS NOT ONE THOSE. Choose one of loreto bays other great STR options .

Vacaciones perfectas

La casa esta en perfectas condiciones, muy funcional, cómoda y bonita. El desarrollo cuneta con múltiples amenidades. Solo 1 día se fue el agua por la mañana pero al parecer fue problema de servicio general, no un problema de la casa en sí.

Great views from roof

Location of the house was really nice in a less trafficked area of the village but, still close to anything you want and 5 min from the beach. Views from the veranda were wonderful in the evenings. Rooms and other living spaces were great for a small group. Nice for a small party or finding an alone spot. Colors, furnishings and art made a really nice environment. Felt at home within first day. Granted we were at the end of the season. But, thought the house could have used a little more maintenance and service before we arrived. The owner was fantastic at responding to our communications and did more than enough to help us out. Wonderful stay. Thanks muchly!

Lovely home in beautiful Loreto Bay

Stayed a week in this casa. It has a fabulous floor plan for a group stay - three private bedrooms with their own baths, large dining area and very nice living room with large, wrap-around couch and big TV. There is also office area adjacent to the living room. Beds and furnishings were very comfortable. Dean, the owner, was very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Very well appointed property. Enjoyed making Loreto Bay our base to see the local sites and to watch the Baja 1000 offroad race. The Islands around Loreto should not be missed.

Great house with everything you need!

The house is well taken care of with everything you need to enjoy your vacation with your friends and family. Great communication from the owner and management company, and they are there to take care of any request that you have. I will definitely stay here again.
