Casa Coral is located in Tower 1 of Mantarraya Residences.

Danzante Bay is a picturesque neighborhood along the coast of Baja California Sur, Mexico. It offers stunning views of the Sea of Cortez and an abundance of marine life for snorkeling and diving. Nature enthusiasts can explore the rugged landscape through hiking and biking trails. The pristine beaches provide a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxation and water activities. Golfers can enjoy a challenging round on the Rees Jones-designed course, while food lovers can indulge in a variety of local and international cuisine. Danzante Bay truly offers a unique and unforgettable vacation experience.
Mantarraya Residences at Danzante Bay is a newly developed luxury residential community focused on wellness. The building where this residence is located was completed in June 2023 and is fully finished and operational.

The community is currently in its final phase of development, with ongoing construction of the Mailena Wellness Resort, a future destination within the complex that will feature a spa, wellness facilities, boutique accommodations, restaurants, pools, a beach club, and fitness spaces. As is common in developing resort communities, guests may notice construction activity during daytime hours. This is already reflected in the current pricing.

Construction does not affect the ocean or island views, and beach access remains available on the east side of the property or through Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto. Mantarraya guests may enjoy access to pools, dining options, beach services, and other amenities there, subject to the resort’s policies and operating hours.
Once the Mailena project is completed, the community will offer a significantly expanded range of on-site amenities, and rates will be adjusted accordingly. In the meantime, guests have the opportunity to enjoy Mantarraya Residences at an exceptional value during this final stage of development.
