The Dawn is a perfect home from home, extremely comfortable with all the facilities needed, great for families and couples. The panoramic views over Looe are incredible! It is a short walk into town and depending on the tide there is a ferry which will take you over the river so you don’t need to walk further and over the bridge. The added benefit of the garage to store your car is great as parking is limited on the road itself. Would highly recommend.

We would fully recommend The Dawn to anyone looking for spacious holiday accommodation.

We would fully recommend The Dawn to anyone looking for spacious holiday accommodation. The house was in first-class condition and had everything you needed for a homely stay. Dogs were also welcome. The one thing that we particularly liked was the trust that visitors would respect the property. The views across the harbour were stunning and it was mesmerising to wake up to such beautiful scenery every day. The location is excellent for visiting lots of local towns and tourist attractions. Parking on site was also a bonus. We have booked to return in December.

Just returned home from a week at The Dawn.

Just returned home from a week at The Dawn. Wow! I can honestly say this has been one of the best holiday lets we have stayed in. Extremely clean, excellent modern facilities and the perfect ocean view to wake up to.Looe is a beautiful location to visit and is easily accessible from the property. We did find the garage a little snug for our family vehicle but this was a minor detail that did not affect our stay.The property was much bigger than expected, the pictures don't do it justice.Thankyou very much for having us.
