Here guests will find restaurants serving local seafood, shops and pubs, as well as attractions including the Smuggling Museum and Model Village. Further amenities can be found at Pelynt, which is three miles away. Other nearby coastal towns include Looe, where there is a large beach, while Plymouth, with its huge choice of shops as well as its famous Hoe, is easily reached via the Torpoint ferry.

Enter this reverse level barn conversion to the rear, on the first floor and in to the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The comfortable lounge features ample seating on which to relax in front of the electric fire and the TV/DVD. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. Heading downstairs, on the ground floor you will find a double bedroom with TV and a spacious bathroom with spa bath and shower attachment.

Outside of the property guests can relax in a small and sunny seating area located to the rear of the barns. Additionally there is a quiet, shared lawn area with beautiful countryside views with comfortable seating and picnic tables so you can enjoy al fresco dining. Guests can also use the outdoor facilities which include tennis and badminton. The farm is free to roam and guests are welcome to enjoy the wildlife ponds, meet the chickens and feed the ducks.
