"Amazing staff. Keith at the Lobby Lounge was a great source of information about the country and fun to talk to while having a couple. Every staff member I encountered was Professional made the experience great. The hotel itself is clean, the gym is probably above average for a hotel, and the breakfast and dinner of CAFÉ bai were really good with many options."

The property is however can be 3-4☆ at best but is TRY-ing hard. Ground and rooms are vrry clean 5☆. The 50meter wide Beach 1☆ access needs daily maintenance. Food mediocre 3☆. Some fees are not necessary (lost towel fee 25$- really?) Complimentary game room not really 'free'.
As said, big pat on back to hard working staff but some policies can be better. Look forward to future visit and hope to see further improvements. Thank you PB staff for your warm welcome...

送迎もしっかりしてくれてスタッフの対応も気持ち良かったです。
シャワーの出もよく、寝るだけなら十分でした。
朝一番の6時の送迎をお願いしてたので、朝食は食べれないかと思ってましたが、10分ぐらい早く出てきたのでギリギリ食べれて良かったです。
その辺はお約束事ではなく間に合えばラッキーといった感じみたいです(笑)"

"I have stayed here a few times and it is usually a great place for the cost. Due to a huge Summit on the island, a lot of places were fully booked. The only room available was a large room and it was clean and had a balcony with a view of the sea.
The breakfast buffet had enough choices. At night the view from the Room 801, the rooftop bar, was great and the food was good also. Bartender Dexter and server Tuesday were awesome. And at check-in, Psyche was thorough and pleasant. I will return...
