The check-in staff was good However they were not very accommodating when we requested additional towels."

"My non-smoking room wreaked of cigarette smoke. It was stail and heavy. My bed had an old blood or chocolate stain. Told myself it was chocolate and removed it from my bed. The rest of the hotel worked fine. It was clean, hot water, clean towels. Breakfast was simple and filling. Wish they offered fruit too. Staff was friendly."
