"It was in a great location for the money but i was unaware at the time of booking this that it wasnt a typical hotel. You need to go to a different location for check in and check out and there was no communication that the garage was across the street from the hotel. The room was decent for the price but some upgrades, like the couch, would have made it better."

"Brad was easy to work with and quick to respond. Check- in and check-out are very easy. There's a convenience store on the main level of the building. Although small, the condo was exactly as advertised. The balcony view was perfect! Great for our week at the beach!"

"I was staying for a conference. Did not recieve any room service (cleaning/fresh towels), and had to take out my own trash. Room was okay, had black mold/mildew on the ceiling in a few places. Decor was better than most in the area. The cost per night is the only saving grace which is why I give 4 stars overall."

"Nice accommodations at a great price. Clean and sanitary. Pleasantly surprised there was a full kitchen in the place (not as listed). Just a few small things make this a 4 rather than a 5 - - broken towel bar; lousy racquetball gear; lack of explaining that it's a condo unit within a hotel (strange); neighbors smoking weed on the balcony. "

"We had a great stay. Unit was on the 22nd floor, with amazing views of the beach & surrounding neighborhood. Unit was well appointed and comfortable. The elevator was so fast, it was surprising how quickly it got us from the ground floor. The only difficulty we had was with parking & check-in.
