Direct beachfront access with a private beach area. Guests enjoy stunning sea views from a screened-in balcony patio and a heated year-round outdoor swimming pool. Amenities include a Heated Swimming Pool, Private Beach Access, Complimentary Chaise Lounge Chairs, a BBQ Area, community laundry facilities, & free on-site parking.

Cabana 4 features 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, a comfortable living room w/ sleeper sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen, includes WiFi & TV with streaming services. Sleeps 6

Cabana 4 is located 150 yards from the sandy white beaches and aqua-blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the top floor of the building, the views from the private screened-in patio are breathtaking; you won`t be disappointed to watch the dolphins frolic in the water or the sun slip below the horizon. (Please keep in mind that there is no elevator access to the unit. It’s a short 28 steps to a great stay)

The main suite features a comfortable king-size bed with a partial ocean view. The guest suite features two twin beds that can be reconfigured upon request to form one queen-sized bed. The living room sofa can also be configured into a queen-size bed in just a few simple steps. If you are traveling with an infant or toddler, a pack `n Play is also available for you at no additional charge.

2 full bathrooms with tubs
The two recently updated bathrooms are well-stocked with towels, a hairdryer, makeup removal towels, and plush beach towels for use on the beach.

The kitchen is well-appointed with the most common cooking utensils, including a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.

The main living area has an electric fireplace that provides warmth on the cooler winter evenings and a pleasant ambiance while taking in the views.

The unit has three Smart LED TVs with complimentary Netflix and cable with local channels. Additionally, the unit is equipped with a high-speed internet connection, allowing the guests to stay connected to the world.

Many beach accessories are available for guests inside the unit, including beach towels, umbrellas, beach coolers, and toys.

The property provides Beach lounge chairs and is located on the beach.
Other property features include a heated swimming pool, private beach access, complimentary chaise lounge chairs, a boat slip, and a dock (slip available upon request), a BBQ area with two gas grills, a covered outdoor patio area, laundry facilities, and an outdoor shower.

We were very happy with our 5 nights at this condo. Unbelievable view from the back patio of the beach and ocean...we loved sitting on the porch and just chilling with a glass of wine or cup of coffee in the morning. Everything was provided that was needed and the condo was very clean as well.

Very clean condo, quiet with great views! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including a ninja to make smoothies. Had a brand new beach cabana for shade on the beach. Owner was quick to respond when I had questions.

Location is absolutely fabulous! Right on a private beach...no crowds, no paying for parking or beach chairs, no long walk back to the car. We were fortunate to have dolphins, manatees and a few rays swim right by! Condo is super clean and beautiful. New furniture (different from VRBO pics) is very comfy. Host was very prompt with communication. Community pool is great too.

Clean and beautifully well-maintained property. The beach view and access was superb. We loved the private screened-in balcony, BBQ patio, and pool. Owner/Host Anna made sure our check-in was smooth and welcoming, and that we were okay with everything. A number of household/personal items were made available which is such a plus when flying-in. Very thoughtful of Owner/Host. You wont be disappointed with this rental or the quiet Longboat Key location.

We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and had just spent the week at Disney World. We were looking for a place to relax and this condo was DEFINITELY it! The condo was very private and was a nice quiet place to stay. We enjoyed our view from the balcony and we felt like we were on our own private beach.

This condo is exactly as described: luxurious accommodations with breathtaking views! The furnishings and decor in the photos we saw when reserving were great, so we were pleasantly surprised to find them upgraded which leveled the great space up even higher. Anna's attention to the less-common amenities offered for her guests' use is thoughtful and very considerate: from coffee, straws, and baggies, to extra linens, blankets, and beach towels; as well as plastic tableware, coolers, and ice - so many extra items you don't think you need until you find them here! The pillows and beds are extremely comfortable, with a pillow-top cover to add if desired. The furnishings and decor are top-quality and solid. Walking up and down two flights of stairs was well worth having the beautiful beach so close with just a few steps further! We highly recommend this guest rental experience - and we will be back!

I would definitely come back

I would stay here again. I will say first impression outside the door was a bit messy with the wet paint tape on door, and packages delivered. But upon opening the door all that went away. Place was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. umbrellas, chairs, pool noodles, kick boards were there for our use. There was even a couple coolers. Not a far walk to the beach. One of the main reasons I would stay here again is the location and there are only 4 places so pretty quiet. It felt safe, waaayy less people than Anna Marie. We enjoyed the quieter aspect of longboat key. Communication was excellent with the owner. Beds were also comfortable. There were no problems encountered during our stay. Check in/ out was no problem. Yes, I would stay here again and would recommend to a friend .

Quiet beach getaway

We had an excellent experience. The condo was clean, well stocked, and had updated furniture from what was featured in the pictures. The beach access was steps away from our unit and the pool was well maintained and clean. We had to contact the owner once during our stay and she responded immediately and was very helpful. We would definitely book here again!

This is one of the most beautiful places in the world. If you are looking for Wal-Mart by the sea, then go to Myrtle Beach. If you want a place that is unspoiled and beautiful then this is it.

Great stay - place was clean and perfect for what we needed. Hammad was very helpful and responsive. The biggest plus is how close it is to the boardwalk. You pretty much walk outside and you’re there. Huge win with multiple kids. Would definitely stay again!

Much needed vacation

We had a rough start on our trip and lost a day. We were so happy to get to the condo and out on the beach. The condo was just as advertised. Cozy and clean, the beds were very comfortable and the view was awesome. The owners were easy to get in touch with and easy to work with. I would recommend this condo for anyone who would love to stay on a quiet beach.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our visit to this rental. It was perfectly located on a beautiful, quiet stretch of beach and the unit had everything we needed and more. The sunset is not to be missed. The host was helpful and gracious and we appreciated all the amenities. We'd love to come back to this property again.

6 day Spring trip with family

Absolutely delightful spot right on the beach with a gorgeous ocean view from the main room and the balcony. It's like your own private beach with only a few other units in the building! Anna was wonderful and accommodating. The only thing was there's no light in front of the sign or driveway so hard to find at night, but I imagine that may be a result of the recent hurricane. Overall a perfect stay in a great area!

Very nice condo furnished with almost everything you would need. Great beach and sunset views. Near to nice restaurants, grocery store and St. Armands. Area at the time of our stay is still recovering from last summers hurricane, but slowly returning to one of our favorite areas to visit. We would definitely rent this unit again.
