"I would rate this hotel as one of the best we've ever stayed in the past. The facility is very clean and the location was excellent. The breakfast buffet was sufficient with good variety of food for everyone's preference. If we ever go back to Ho Chi Minh, I know where we'd stay. That said, the only inconvenience was that the driver of the airport transfer couldn't locate the entrance of the hotel. "Ibis Hotel is very clean and service is quick. Our flight was delayed but we didn’t have any difficulty being picked up from the airport to the hotel by Ibis hotel airport shuttle service. We got check-in to our hotel room in less than 15 minutes. I like that restaurants, bank and convenience store are within walking distance. I will refer my families and friends to Ibis hotel. "

Staff was so accomodating, they helped us carry the luggages up the stairs, beautiful welcome treats and detailed check-in instruction, the hotel interior itself has won many awards, the room is warm and clean, it has everything we need during our stay.
