Community indoor heated pool located 7 minutes from the home. An additional fee will apply.( Complimentary passes available) Guests are welcomed inside to a very modern and luxurious living room which boasts a 60 inch flat screen, family room with fireplace ( Electric Unit ) 70 inch flat screen viewing in game room / den, additional features include: ( 3 ) full baths, Brunswick pool table, Bar, Ping pong table fully
stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Foosball table, wireless internet

Large house rental

The house was very large as stated That was the most accurate description of the listing However it was not a “spectacular luxury”home as stated. The house needs a lot of updating the counters, appliances, floors, bathrooms and also to be painted. The furniture is old and uncomfortable. We had to cover the couches with a sheet. It was not stocked well at all. It stated fully stocked kitchen. We had to go buy a pot set to use to cook because the pans were in such terrible condition and pick up a few wine glasses since there were none to use. There were only TV’s in 2 of the bedrooms But stated all rooms had them. The fireplace was not working. There were no cleaning supplies to use daily for cleanup in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had to pick up disinfectant wipes to clean up the counter and sinks tops. Not even a broom to sweep up. The bedding was very uncomfortable. It had the delivery plastic on the mattress that kept you up all night with any bit of movement. The hot tub was as listed. I have rented many years between Camelback and Jiminey peak locations through VRBO. This by far was very disappointing & our least favorite rental. The host was nice but there was nothing the host could have done to make it better for our stay. I just hope he takes a good look at rental and makes some needed changes.

The house was spacious with plenty of beds. The plastic mattress covers were very uncomfortable. The Teflon pots and pans were badly scratched. The owner was very attentive to our needs. Sadly the house did not meet the expectations of a “Spectacular Luxury Home”.

Poconos trip

Hello, Carey was so nice to talk and he helped a lot by giving extra bed room house than what we had booked originally. When we entered the house after 5 hour travel, we really liked the house at first look. Everything was clean and kept organized way. Nice patio to do grill, backyard has place to do camp fire and nice hot tub to relax. Definitely worth the stay. Thanks for hosting us Carey.

The place was very clean and had a lot of amenities available. My children enjoyed the game room. The place was a little further from the sky lift then I would have liked but it was still close (20 min drive). It was definitely a good place for a family.

The property has a great location, central to many activities. The house was clean and was able to accommodate, all 19 of us. There was something for everyone and the owner was very helpful. The get away was so fun and my family had a great time.

Nice getaway

The property was very spacious and accommodating for our group. I wouldn’t necessarily categorize it as luxury as many of the furniture and decor was very outdated. The couches had a bit of a musty smell so would recommend a deep clean. During check in-the exterior was pitch black so it was hard to see anything to get inside and the inside was freezing. Would recommend prepping the house for arrivals as it took hours for the home to warm up and we had small kids in tow.
