This elegant custom built estate is located in the majestic Pocono mountains only a short drive from nearby ski mountains, lakes, MT. Airy Casino, with on-site BBQ, professional ping pong table, pool table, Foosball table, 65 inch 4k TV, high speed wifi, and community swimming pool (indoor and outdoor), including a beach and over 5 nearby lakes.

Our home is designed on an open layout for entertaining friends and family, located across from a gorgeous lake and has lots of windows to allow you to absorb the natural light and beauty of the Poconos.

The spacious relaxing fireplace room features a hand-laid brick gas fireplace with armless chaise chair and two comfortable mid-century inspired couches.

The fireplace room opens up into the main living room which features a 65 inch 4K smart TV w/ over 120+ channels and a dual power reclining couch with USB ports and drink and drop down trays.

The living room is connected to the family dining room that has an 8 foot+ rustic solid mango wood table with seating for 12+ people and connects to a fully stocked gourmet kitchen.

The kitchen connects to the hallway, half bathroom, and the game room that has a competition style pool.

The outdoor space features a huge wrap around deck with entrances through sliding glass doors in the entertainment room and the dining room.

The deck has a BBQ grill and 10 piece luxury patio set – all quietly located in a private and exclusive community.

The upstairs has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms; each bedroom has comfortable Deluxe queen Serta Perfect sleeper mattresses but the master bedroom has a king Deluxe Serta Perfect sleeper mattress and a private bathroom w/ soaking tub. The Master bedroom also has a baby crib.

The downstairs has a full bathroom with shower, and a big game room with a professional size ping pong table, Foosball table, electric gas fireplace, couch, and TV. Each bedroom has a queen bed with an 8 inch memory foam mattress.

Community Amenities:
• Boating & Fishing - The house (across the street from a lake) and is surrounded by 6 lakes and many types of fish are found in the lakes to include pickerel, carp, bluegill, crappie and panfish. However, the most popular is the bass. The lakes are stocked each year with bass and are a catch and release only. Everyone is required to obtain the appropriate Pennsylvania State license to fish the lakes.

• Main Beach - This beach area is located on East Emerald Lake off Sage Road (a few minutes from the house). You will find a groomed beach area with roped-off swimming in the lake. The facility also includes a restroom building, children’s play structure, picnic tables and boat racks with a launch area.

• Nature - If you love the outdoors, this is where you want to be. Not only do we have the 6 lakes, but we also have plenty of wildlife and interesting plants and wildflowers. Enjoy the spring blossoms and flowers, the early summer mountain laurel blooming or the mid summer rhododendron. Our community is filled with wildlife such as deer, bear, fox, beaver and raccoons. These critters will give you plenty of great photo opportunities if you are patient. Make sure you take advantage of the natural splendor and sounds of the birds chirping.

• Outdoor / Indoor Pool – over 2,500 square foot, 100,000 gallon pool is a popular attraction in the summer. The water is heated and guaranteed fun for the family. There is a restroom building, snack shack and picnic tables as well. During the winter the outdoor pool is closed but the indoor pool is open. The house is also located less than 3 miles away from, Kalahari, one of the world's largest indoor/outdoor water parks

• Pine Tree Island Park – A few minute from the house is the Pine Tree Island park that offers a beautiful relaxing setting. Surrounded by Pine Tree Lake, the park offers a groomed beach with roped-off swimming area, beach volleyball court, children’s play structure, restroom building, boat racks and picnic area. There is also plenty of area on the island to do some fishing.

• Skiing – the house is located less than 10 minutes (8 miles) from Camelback ski resort and less than 30 minutes from Jack Frost Big Boulde, Blue Mountain, and Shawnee ski resorts
