Each of the four thoughtfully designed bedrooms has been created with comfort and relaxation in mind, ensuring every guest enjoys a peaceful and restful stay. Whether you`re traveling with family, friends, or couples, everyone will have a cozy place to unwind after a day of exploring the Poconos. The main floor features the spacious primary suite, complete with a plush king-size bed and a private ensuite full bathroom for added comfort and convenience. On the lower level, you`ll find a second primary suite, also offering a luxurious king-size bed and its own ensuite full bathroom. The third bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom is perfect for kids or groups, offering two twin-over-twin bunk beds, comfortably sleeping up to four guests.

The main floor includes the primary suite`s private ensuite bathroom and a convenient half bath for guests. On the lower level, you`ll find the second primary suite with its own ensuite bathroom, a shared full bathroom between the queen and bunk bedrooms, and an additional half bath that`s easily accessible from the bedrooms and game room.

Spend your evenings around the propane fire pit, unwind in one of the two swinging egg chairs, or simply take in the peaceful waterfront scenery. For even more fun, follow the steps down to the private dock and floating dock, where four complimentary kayaks are ready for you to explore the lake.

The community offers lake and beach access during the summer months. There is an indoor heated pool open year-round (closed Tuesdays), as well as an outdoor pool available seasonally (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day).The community center is open daily and features a bar and grill, indoor game room, playground, volleyball court, and tennis court. Please refer to the house rules for daily pass and fee information.Guests can rent a boat or bring their own for fishing. There is a $15 boat registration fee for personal boats, and only electric motors are permitted—no gas motors allowed. A Pennsylvania fishing license is required for all fishing (approximately $30 and available through the PA Fish & Boat Commission website). The lake has plenty of bass and other fish, and fishing is catch and release only.

OUTDOOR POOL CLOSURE: The outdoor pool will be closed August 31–September 4, 2026. It will reopen September 5–7, 2026, weather permitting, and will then close for the season.

⚠️ For summer 2026, please note that the community outdoor pool schedule is open daily from 11 AM to 7 PM, except on Wednesdays (weather permitting).

The indoor pool is open from 11 AM to 7 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays, and from 11 AM to 9 PM on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Please note it is closed on Tuesdays.

✔ This property can host a maximum of 10 guests, including children and infants, per the local governing regulations.

✔ For the safety and privacy of everyone, guests are strictly prohibited from entering neighboring properties—including their yards, docks, and driveways—at any time. Please do not use or access any watercraft or equipment that does not belong to our property. Unauthorized use of neighboring property may be considered trespassing and could result in fines or immediate termination of your stay.

✔ Setting off any fireworks is strictly prohibited and illegal

✔ No smoking of any kind indoors. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $500 fine plus any extra cleaning costs.

✔ Please be aware that the local community may issue a burn ban at any time. During a ban, all open flames—including campfires, fire pits, and any form of outdoor burning—are strictly prohibited.
