Warm days and cool nights, with endless blue water at your doorstep.. Come and enjoy life on this beautiful lake house. This is a three level house with 2 of the levels lake facing. This house is situated right in the soul of Camelback Mountain Resort.
This newly renovated property, exquisitely designed and decorated lake house comprises of 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
To ensure a refined and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we ask that renters to be at least 25 years of age.

The space
- A meticulously built game room which comprises of new foosball table, pool table, a new projector, home theatre with state-of-the-art Dolby 5.1 surround sound system, a fireplace, a bar (no alcohol) and numerous card games and board games. Entertainment taken very seriously!!
- Three levels of living provide your group with plenty of room to spread out. Two levels have double glass door walkouts to the private, beautiful patio with amazing lake views! Upper level walks out from dining room to a deck furnished with another dining set and gourmet BBQ grill. And the lower level walks out from game room to a covered patio with many outdoor seats and hot tub on ground -- nice retreat area to spend quality time with family and friends while enjoying watching others from your group playing on the water. Kayaks are provided and free for you to use. You can also fish on our private dock.
- A second fireplace and flat screen television is provided at second level where the living room is.
- You will enjoy gorgeous views form almost every room, deck, patio and boat.
- If you want to hit the slopes at Camelback Ski Resort, want to splash around at Camelbeach Waterpark or Kalahari Waterpark(largest indoor water park), try your fortune at Mount Airy Casino Resort, shop away at The Crossings Premium Outlets, get adventurous on trees at Camelback Mountain Adventures, want to get thrilled by speed in Pocono Raceway or get crazy at Paintball Asylum –all are within 10-15 mins of driving distance. Restaurants and bars and are also at small driving distance.
- You would have access to community swimming pools, beach, courts etc via the amenities passes from the online link that will be provided or from the community office by paying a fee.
Just because you are away from home, doesn't mean you should be less comfortable than being home. This is the place where your family and friends will make memories and talk about for many years to come, so we will make sure everything goes right and smoothly for your stay. All we ask is please respect our house and our neighbors, and take the responsibility to remind your group when needed (especially when you have a large party). Please take good care when using what we supply so things stay new and clean for the next group of guests and for us too when we are getting ready to unwind.

Perfect

Have stayed at this house twice with a group of friends and we have a great stay each time. House is huge and accomodates everything we need. Love the lake and kayaks. Hot tub is a huge bonus and we are 20 minutes away from everything we want to do. Host always answers questions. Would stay here again and again

Great Location!

Great location, fun entertainment area for kids, and the hot tub is a bonus! Being right on the lake is another added bonus. Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful vacation.

Great week-end

We truly enjoyed this lakefront house! The view on the lake is fantastic. The owner has kayaks and canoe that you can use on the lake! The house has everything that families with kids need! Kids were happy to run around! A nice and clean beach with playground is a 5-minute walk from the house! Nice wooded walk to the lake is a plus. Hot tub is pretty big and there are plenty of towels and blankets to use. Host is very responsive to answer messages pretty much simultaneously! We had a great time!

Annual Labor Day family weekend

We had a wonderful weekend at Emerald Lakes this year. The house and the location is great. Beautiful views from the decks and from the lake. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddling around. Even though we had some rain, the pool table, foosball and other activities inside kept us busy. A great place to stay in the Poconos.

Relaxing Getaway

This rental was absolutely fantastic. The house is absolutely stunning and was the perfect setting for my getaway weekend with old friends. The private dock to the lake provided secluded access to nature right outside of the house, and the hot tub was a nice warm setting for the cool evening by the lake. The downstairs of this home is a perfect socialization room, with a pool table and a great setup for watching the big screen TV. The highlight of the house is the living room, with a vaulted ceiling and stunning natural light. The room provided plentiful and comfortable seating, a long dining table, deck access, and a great kitchen space. Last but not least, there were a tremendous amount of beds for comfortable sleeping away from home. Overall, this was the perfect rental and I will be booking this home again for an annual summer trip. Thank you to the host for having us in your beautiful lakefront property!

Plenty to do

The dock & walkway down to the dock needs to be upgraded. For our needs it was nice & just what we needed. Hot tub was a nice addition & clean. Kayaks were fun to have down there to explore the lake. Looking forward to coming back.

Scammed out of security deposit

The host lied about damages to the house after we checked out and kept $1000 of the security deposit. They claimed we broke the hot tub, left the door open and cats entered the home and defecated everywhere, and that someone peed on the bed. None of this was true and when asked to provide proof of damages I got no response from the host. I'm currently disputing the charge with VRBO and my credit card company. The house was fine, but do not stay here unless you want to get scammed.

Great stay!

4 adults and 5 kids, house was perfect for us! Plenty of space, had everything we needed, super close to Kalahari for a day trip with the kids and close to grocery store, restaurants etc. Would stay there again!

Cousins' Weekend

We had a wonderful time here. The house was perfect for a weekend away with cousins ages from 26-78. The house was so spacious and enough room for no one to get in each other's way. However, most of the weekend was spent around the very large dining table eating, drinking, and listening to stories. We took walks around the neighborhood and over to the island. We sat on the dock and enjoyed the view and sunset. We are already planning a warmer weekend to gather so we can enjoy the kayaks, floats and hot tub. Every question I had was answered and in a timely matter, even before booking.

Girls Weekend

We had a great weekend in Long Pond. The house was in a great location and we very much enjoyed our stay. Some extra towels and bath mats would have been nice. But other than that, it was great! Also, bring beach towels if you plans to use the hot tub.

Pocono House Review

I love that the property is on a small lake. You can sit on the upper deck of the house or sit on nice chairs by the lake to enjoy the view. The sunsets are especially nice. The location is very family friendly. We took walks everyday and saw lots of other families also taking walks.

Friends get away

Although the weather could have been better we had a great time. Pool, foosball, poker and movies kept our good time going while it rained. When the weather cooperated we took the kayaks out on the lake and caught fish. Sid was helpful and responsive. Thanks.

We'll equipped. Appreciated the downstairs rec room and upstairs family room. Allowed us to spread out. Really enjoyed using the four kayaks. Lovely quiet lake.

Annual family vacation

This property was beautiful! The lake was just a short walk down a tranquil path. The house was clean and had plenty of room. The dining room table was nice and big for family dinners, and the game room was a great touch. The hot tub was relaxing and it was nice to watch a movie on the big screen. I highly recommend this place for a fun family vacation!

Nice location, needs TLC

We enjoyed our stay but the place needs some TLC as the previous reviewer said. We chose this place because it had enough space for us to stay comfortably and we liked the amenities it had. The game room and hot tub were fun and the club house with the pool was nice for us to use as well. The entry into the house through the garage was a bit strange as we walked right into a bedroom. The garage had a lot of junk in it and the yard had trash around so the first impression was not great. There was broken closet doors, hard to open/close sliding doors, broken blinds and broken cabinet drawers. We could not get either fireplace to work during our stay. The owner was good with communicating and he had the propane tank filled for us during our stay but we still never got them to work. He refunded us a small amount since they never worked. I wish the kitchen had some basic things like salt and pepper, I also could not find a hair dryer which was on the listing. Overall the place could have been a little cleaner and it could really use some general maintenance.

Great place just needing a little TLC

The house is in a great location with wonderful views We did find however a few things that needed attention (clogged drains in tubs, sliding doors that don’t fully seal and dining chairs that needs tightening - a few with missing nuts (nothing that a good maintenance man couldn’t fix) We even had people walking though the yard to get on and off the lake which we politely advised them of the public access three houses away. We had to get several bags of salt to try and de ice the driveway and walkways as none was available on site. I’m not sure if my emails weren’t sending properly and found we had to call to get a response. The owner was very helpful but feel some of these things should have been managed / working for the rate we paid

SUPERB!

The place was really nice and fantastic. It was spacious and perfect for family/friends gathering. The Host was helpful as well. Too bad we were not able to take a picture of the lake because of the snow 😕. Hot tub is a plus. 😊Perfect for the cold and snowy weather. Hopefully we can book again next year.
