Very comfortable room, didn’t get the breakfast but did use the hot tub. Nice temperature water but jets weren’t working!

Our stay this time was good. The only complaint we had was we could hear every thing going on in the room next to us. It was very loud. I rated the breakfast accidentally. We didn't eat there this time. We had in the past and it was good.

Nice location-walking/bike path right across the street. Host is very accommodating. Nice use of overall space-ample sitting areas. I would recommend if visiting Bettendorf.
